Good check in Experience, just needed a cash deposit at check in. Rooms have been updated and are nice. Property itself is decent. Got location for getting into town

It was not bad for the night. Just looks like everything is old and walls are dirty, old towels. They just need to update.

I didnt get to stay they said i needed 50 extra dollars after i payed 71 dollars and couldnt let me in my room so i left contacted hotels.com anf the said i couldnt get my money back and they couldnt contact the property manager which i could and they said noone called them about it

Rooms smelled like smoke, tv wouldn’t work, and pool was out of service was absolutely horrible

This place is inexpensive and that’s where the list of pros end. The room was dirty, food on the counter and sink. The walls were dirty. Stains and dirt on the mattress. The lights in the bathroom didn’t work. No remote for the TV. Location is right next to the highway, so don’t be expect a quiet night sleep. The person when I checked in was polite, someone different checked me out and was completely rude.

The staff were friendly and helpful at checkin. The smoke detector was ripped out of the wall (I later found it in the bottom drawer). There was a roach leg on the floor by the bed. Dirt and toilet paper scraps on the bathroom floor. Used bar of soap was still in the shower. The sink faucet wobbled back and forth. The water did work and did get hot. The towels smelled bad but appeared clean. There was graffiti on the head board. They did not turn on the ac prior to my arrival so the room was an oven when I entered it. It did cool down in a reasonable amount of time when I turned the AC on. The toilet worked really well. There was an ironing board but no iron. No hair dryer. I did not test out the shower. I liked the body wash that was provided, which I used for hand washing. I liked that it had a full sized mirror in the room. You could hear the highway traffic all night and trains went by all night as well. I paid $75 total and I really thought that would get me at least a clean room but I guess I was wrong. This is definitely a motel style place. The office had a vending machine and coke machine and ice machine. The furniture appeared to be new but the upkeep was definitely not happening. I did feel scared staying here alone. There was a mini fridge that was cold on the inside. Bed was pretty comfortable. They hand you the TV remote at check in.

I didn’t stay there at all, but y’all checked me in at midnight because I had already paid. So I paid for a hotel room that sat vacant. And no help from Expedia at all to get my money back even though I purchased the insurance.
