Julieta is a very concerned host that helps accomodate and simplify everything

If I can find something negative I would only say that the access to the appartment is not suitable for diseased or handicaped people due to very thight entrance stairs.

Julieta was very easy to communicate with, which I appreciated. The place was perfectly situated! It was close to the main street so it was easy to grab a taxi to the airport. Lots of restaurants nearby and loved that the best gelato shop was around the corner. The airconditioning was great and having a washer/dryer was super convenient. Appreciated that the sofabed was all made up when we arrived, not to mention how comfortable the bed in the bedroom was. Netflix was also set up in the living room TV. All in all a lovely, comfortable place to stay when you're visiting Palma.

The floors were pretty dirty but I didn't make a big deal out of it since we use indoor flip flops anyway. The place could also use better lighting, specifically in the bedroom and bathroom - we were there to attend a wedding and it was a challenge getting ready. Having full length mirrors in the bedroom was great though!

Bed had rather hard mattress. No window in bedroom. Very good location though. Clean, attractive apartment.

The location was extremely central but very quiet. it was very well equipped too - it had everything we needed. Don’t be put off by the steep steps, unless you have difficulties. The apartment is worth it and the terrace is lovely - we had sunshine for most of the day!

Perfect location, apartment well equipped, very good contact with the owner.

First of all it was very dirty. It looked as if the floor hadn't even been vacuumed. If something falls under the bed, be afraid to pull it out. On the last day we found a large cockroach, by now I hope it came from outside and not lived inside. Folding bed in very bad condition, broken. Apartment high up steep uncomfortable stairs.

The apartment was lovely, well equipped, clean, quiet, and very well situated. Although we had some difficulty making contact in the beginning, Santiago couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

Initially it wasn't clear how to use the code to get the key for the apartment. Fortunately, Santiago was available on WhatsApp, otherwise we might not have managed to get in. One or two more words of explanation when the door code and the lock box code were given the day before arrival (pull down hard to open the box) would have helped.

Honestly, there‘s nothing we could complain about.

we loved the location, right next to the cathedral! the apartment was clean and it has a very nice sunny terrasse on the roof .

it was tight but ok for 4 persons and the bedroom was a little dark (no window) -

Easy key collection with door code

bed was comfortable and nice layout of apartment.

the stairs to get up to the apartment are so small/narrow and steep. a lot of them when you have luggage to take up. the floors weren’t cleaned. with two people staying they kindly provided “drinks” but only 1 small water for two guests. expensive apartment really for what you get.

The flat had everything we needed, and the location was amazing.

It was three of us staying there, and even though we were not taking long showers (a few minutes each) the third person usually had to wait at least 40 minutes or shower with cold water.

Julia has been a big help. Always available to answer any question. Location is great. Clised to the hustorical are.

Super location. Bed’s we’re extremely comfortable. Lovely shower. Kitchen & dining area, nice bright decor and well equipped. Great having use if the terrace above our 3rd floor apartment. Very good communication from the owners prior to our stay.

Lighting in bedroom not very bright to get ready in. - a minor issue as kitchen area lighting is burger, so we had an option.

great location, lovely apartment. shower and bathroom were really nice. it is great to have both air conditioning and the option of a Juliette balcony.

we choose to be on the 3 rd floor and knew the steps were steep (having stayed there before) but if you don’t like stairs this is not the apartment for you.

Nice appartment in city centre next to Llotja, boxes for letting luggages after check-out

FANTASTIC LOCATION BARS , CAFES AND RESTAURANTS ON THE DOOR STEP. EASY TO WALK EVERYWHERE, CLOSE TO ART GALLERIES AND CATHEDRAL

Didn't realise it was on the 3rd floor! had 2 large bags to drag up the steps.

Super location in the historical Center of Palma : quiet et well equipped appartment. I insist on quiet as the historical Center is very busy at night with all the restaurants and bars. Access is easy. Our host was great.

Perfect location - a very short walk to the Cathedral of Palma. Great amenities at the flat, very comfortable beds, clean and on a nice street. We loved it!
