Walked into the lobby to the smell of Marijuana which seemed a bit odd. When i checked in the lady was not really friendly. All she said was we have room 116 for you, but the Tv is broke. I asked if there was another room she just said no and walked away. Went to park my car and there were only about 10 cars in the parking lot. Did not seem like the hotel was full. Got to the room and it had stuff all over the floor and smelled like cigarette smoke and mildew. As stated the TV was broke and something under the bathroom sink was broken with screws sticking out and the toilet had problems flushing. I probably should have left but just got in from driving about 14 hours and was too tired to book another place. DONYOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. THERE ARE PLANTY OF NICER PLACES REALLY CLOSE TO THIS ONE!!!

Room smelled on arrival. Mold in the bathroom.

The lobby looks nothing like the picture advertised. The tub had some kind of stain on it. It looked like mold was part of the porcelain in the tub. The carpet was soaked by the air conditioner because it was leaking. The room did not seem to have been cleaned well because a used plastic fork was found under the corner of one of the beds. We stayed for one night, just to rest during a three day road trip. We'd already been traveling all day and were leaving early in the morning. I would have found another hotel if we were staying longer. The location was convenient, next to the interstate and several restaurant selections within walking distance. The customer service representative who checked us in was very friendly. Other than that, it was kind of terrible.

We came in and the tub was filthy. We were moved and there was a black substance on the toilet. We decided to leave early.

The hotel property was nice. The room was fine and the location was close to where my event was held. Only thing is at 11 p.m. the family on my floor decided to run the halls and scream and holler. This went on for about half an hour before the local police were called to confront the family with out of control kids. It amazes me how parents are so ignorant to the surroundings and allow their children to act as if they are outdoors.

The staff was amazing and very friendly, rooms were clean and nice. My only complaint was the guests above our room, very noisey and rude.

Water pressure was extremely high in the sink which lead to water spills. The toilet seat was pitted and looked like needed to be replaced. The HVAC system was musty and room had a slight odor. I don’t understand how hotels.com ratings were excellent for this hotel. I find the hotels.com ratings unreliable.

Hotel itself looks new. Rooms not so new. Scrape marks on the wall that could have been touched up, not enough furniture to sit down on. Only a little care would make this a good stay.

It was good, it could of had better upgrades given the other surrounding hotels have been renovated but it was no big deal. The overall stay was comfortable and the room was great for the price.

Could be in better condition for the money.

For those like us, that just wanted a comfy place to stay after the game this was perfect and a 1/3 of what the rooms were going for in Tuscaloosa. About a 45 min drive. Clean and comfy.

nice hotel,only thing the elevator stop working,and some men was standing in front of hotel.I was very pleased with the ease of checking in.it closed to food places.

It was a great stay for my business trip. The owner could benefit from updating the carpet on the halls and stairs- shows a lot of wear and tare.

Absolutely amazing

Check in was easy and staff very friendly. Room was nice. Two queen beds very comfy. Pillows could have been better. Nice shower after I figured out the hot water was just in the middle instead of all the way to the left! Phone was dead. I used my cell phone but still should've had a working phone. Will stay there again. We were gone most of the time but very convenient to Tuscaloosa and the price was great.

We had a very good experience from Checkin to Checkout. We were given a room with only a king bed and came back down and requested 2 doubles beds and the attendant was very nice about and switched us no problem. The hotel is nice and quiet. The bathroom could use an update, moldy grout, etc but overall we were very pleased.

Absolutely wonderful! I had a great stay. My room was conveniently located to great resturants and the hotel was located right adjacent to the intetstate. My bed was comfortable and I slept like a lamb. I highly recommend to everyone for a great night of rest!

Perfect spot for a pit stop on our travels.

The stay was great we enjoyed everything. Kids enjoyed the pool.

First room smelled musty and cigarettes (even though no smoking alllwed?) commode barely flushed and was dirty. And, room phone didn't work. Was told at first no other rooms were available. She then took us to 3 rooms that were "magically" now available and the first two smelled like stale mildew. The lady said they all smell like that. The 3rd room though smelled fine. Def not worth the money.

The overall quality of this motel is not in good shape. It is probably time for an update, it smells, and it looks tired and really needs brought back to a nice motel, it could be, I have owned three oceanfront motels and I fully understand what is required annually and on 5 year plans, this one is due. At least use a better cleaning fluid that indicates the room was cleaned and no smoking or pets should be allowed ever.

Great stay, great price

All was great except for the agent that signed us in. She didn't seem happy and it bled over to us. Seemed in a hurry to get rid of us. Other than her the staff was super friendly.

The front door did not latch so the room was left unlocked when I was out of the room. Also, saw numerous roaches around the sink in the bathroom. I will not return to a Comfort Inn hotel

Had to wait approximately minutes for someone to show up at check in desk. The lobby was the size of a walk in closet. Our room was old looking. The bathroom was small, you had to open door step in, back up by commode and then close door. The back exit had no door handle or security , just a big hole. Anyone could open it.

Was a little worried when walking to the room all the room numbers were written on blue masking painters tape. However the room and bath were very clean, bed was comfortable and excellent water pressure on the second floor. Staff was excellent.
