Property was very spacious

The location was the only up size to this property at the time of our stay, it’s a great same there is potential but lacking in so many areas

The properties cleanliness was terrible or lack of. Seemed like the only thing that was done at the property before our arrival where just the bed sheets were changed. Upon arrival there was a section of couch blocking the doorway from the garage to the house door, we entered and the floating floors where grubby and sticky (we purchased our own mop as the property didn’t have one and after one use looked like it was years old) We opened the back door to let our dog through and set her bed up and a huge pile of dead leaves blew into the home… the back patio area was full of mounds of dead leaves. We where also greeted to 1-2 foot high weed everywhere in the so called garden beds, weeds all most engulfing the pavers (definitely not a pet friendly property) No working tv stations or antenna’s supplied. The cutlery was covered in all dried on food, cupboards and draws filled with grime, dirt and food stains. We couldn’t open the freezer sliding door, had to defrosted to sort it out. The kitchen bench tops where kettle and toasters were kept weren’t clean with bread crumbs and coffee everywhere. The gas stove top burners were caked with burnt grim and what ever else was there. The window sills were full of dust, ants and sand. The laundry between the wash trough and machine full of laundry powder, washing machine had black grim all around the seals, no clothes line just a clothes horses for drying clothes. The couch’s look second hand stained and covered in pet hair not cleaned or inviting to sit on for a place that been operating for around six months the list goes on! To top it off we had to vacate the property a week earlier because we lost water pressure, couldn’t shower, wash dishes or use toilets very unimpressed and the lack of follow up with the management team was atrocious, we tried multiple times by mobile phone and left numerous voice messages over the long weekend with no response to the management team.
