A new modern hotel is located in a good location, in Lagoa, not far from Ponta Delgada. The hotel has a very beautiful terrace on the Rooftop with a restaurant, a resting area and a swimming pool with a fantastic view of the ocean. The architectures of the hotel made a very thoughtful, comfortable, and at the same time beautifully designed resort hotel. The fitness room, SPA center (with a sauna, hamam, indoor pool and jacuzzi), restaurants and public spaces are made of natural materials with a laconic modern design, and at the same time beautiful and comfortable. Breakfasts are quite good, the range of dishes was sufficient for us, but the quality and freshness of the products were often disgusting (in particular, on the first day of stay, the salmon was rotten, with a very strong smell, cold meats, tomatoes were often stale).
When we booked a room on Booking, there was no photo of the room we had chosen. There were only general photos in the hotel description and all the rooms looked great on them. But when we checked in to the hotel, the room, or rather the bathroom in the room, simply shocked us: instead of a glass partition (which was visible in the photo on the hotel website), a simple curtain was installed, and at the same time, the shower tray was made flush with the rest of the bathroom floor. And of course, while using the shower, the water tended to go not only into the drain but was all over the floor in the bathroom. But the main surprise was waiting for us in the evening: they brought a letter to our room notifying us that the rooftop would not be available on September 18, 19 and 20 due to a private event (there was no any information about it on the website). We booked the hotel in order to celebrate two birthdays there, my wife's and daughter's, and planned to hold our celebration on the hotel's rooftop on September 18! We were simply denied the services for which we booked this hotel and for which we had already paid in advance! It turns out that it is easy and simple to sell the same services several times, once to the hotel guests, and then for a private event! And notify about it only a few hours after checking-in! If we had known in advance that the hotel rooftop would be unavailable for three days of our stay, we would have chosen another hotel for our double celebration! But in this situation, when all the good hotels had no rooms available, we were simply left with no choice! We contacted reception about this situation, but even after contacting the Booking support service, none of the hotel managers even tried to somehow resolve or smooth over this situation.

Spa en travaux durant tout le séjour, pas d’eau potable dans la chambre , il fallait aller demander au bar à chaque fois qu’on avait soif

Tout du début à la fin, malgré le spa en entretien le personnel a fait le nécessaire pour nous accorder l’accès au sauna.
Peut-être une amplitude plus importante pour l’accès à une des deux piscines pour les nageurs matinaux.

Good location, fab pools, lovely, large clean comfy rooms, great views, very friendly staff, nice menu at the pool side bar.
Nothing really, just a few logistical issues easily fixed by the overview of a manager, for example allocating tables at breakfast so it doesnt feel stressful to find a seat, also we were made to wait till 4pm to check in because the room wasnt ready at 3, no real apology just asked to move out the way so they can check other customers in.

Výborná lokalita a strategické umístění hotelu v blízkosti křížení cest pro poznávání ostrova. Okolí je průměrné, hodně parkovacích stání z důvodu, že je hotel vedle místní nemocnice, ale hotel je hlukově perfektně odhlučněn a co víc, není to nemocnice pro urgentní příjem, takže žádné houkající sanitky. Na druhou stranu je to výhodné, protože vždy bez problému zaparkujete. Výhledy z hotelového bazénu na střeše dechberoucí a i z pokojů nejsou výhledy špatné. Zařízení hotelu, design i pokoje odpovídají 21. století i požadavku na pohodlí. Snídaně výborné, včetně večeří (vyjma pokud byl bufet).
Málo míst na sezení v jídelní části (při špičkách se muselo čekat, popř. se musel využít barové posezení). Nelogické uspořádání welness centra (na sprchu, po sauně se musíte vrátit do šatny přes dvoje dveře). Málo míst k odpočinku u vnitřního bazenu (4 místa na celý hotel). V případě že máte zakoupenou polopenzi, občas se člověk cítil jako druhořadý zákazník, oproti tomu kdyby šel formou "klasické restaurace " ve večerních hodinách (mix bufet, popř. dané menu pro daný den).

Perfektes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal an allen Stellen. Toller Roof-Top-Pool mit schöner Aussicht. Insgesamt ein sehr gepflegtes Haus mit gehobenem Standard, wir hatten einen absolut angenehmen Aufenthalt
Die Öffnungszeiten der Wellness-/Spa-Einrichtung sowie der Roof-Top-Bar nebst Pool waren deutlich zu kurz, Abends waren die Einrichtungen viel zu früh geschlossen. Der Whirl-Pool stand wegen Wartungsarbeiten während des gesamten Aufenthalts über zwei Kalenderwochen nicht zur Verfügung.

Liegt im Gewerbegebiet. Zu Fuß nur wenig sehenswertes erreichbar. Die super schicke Rooftop-Bar schließt unter der Woche leider schon um 19 Uhr.
