Everything was great, especially the comfort of the beds and sheets felt crisp and very clean.

The only frustration I had was trying to access the WiFi which I wasted about 30 minutes trying to do as I was meant to be able to complete some work that night....

The location was fabulous. The cabin was very comfortable.

We had a problem with the induction cooktop. We could not get it working, even after we read the instructions.

We received a free upgrade. Lovely unit and very nice park close to town centre and adjacent to beach.

Surprise charge of $50 for our small dog. Also $100 refundable deposit re the dog.

Can not fault this park at all. Tidy. Neat well maintained park. Receptionist very friendly. We were upgraded upon arrival. Beautiful, clean well appointed cabin. Very comfy bed. Beach in walking distance. Yummy welcome pack with Byron Bay cookies, local honey and coffee. Would definitely stay here again

Cooking facilities would have been good And barbecue in motel area had no gas and didn’t get fixed so we had to go across the road to their resort

The location was just okay. About20 minutes walk to town.

Our cabin was too small and very uncomfortable and far too expensive compared to other places we stayed in on our trip.

Loved that everyone was so friendly. Staff and reception were terrific, so nice, so close to the beach, kids loved pool area, arcade, and feeding the parrot's on our hands , a very enjoyable holiday

Close proximity to the beach. walking distance to the main town. We were given an upgraded cabin. Great facilities for kids. Relatively quiet. Great for the fisherman 🎏🎣

Bed could have been a little more comfortable and curtains could have been darker for the casual sleep-in.
