The owners lived across the street and were so encouraging for me to make myself at home! It is a wonderful cozy cottage.

Location is a quick jaunt down to the beach, and immediately across the way to a convenience store. The home was immaculately clean upon arrival. Some things worth noting for those deciding whether to book or not- if you are 5’8” or above or plus sized you will feel confined in the home. The garage was converted to a bedroom, so the ceiling is extra low, and don’t even think about attempting to shave your legs in the tiny shower. Both my husband and I smacked our heads on the shower head. All kitchen appliances are nice, but extremely tiny. Comparable to staying in an RV or camper. Kitchen amenities are decent, however, if you are wanting to prepare anything more than scrambled eggs, pasta or a frozen meal you might want to book somewhere with a full sized kitchen. The addition of the washer and dryer was convenient especially since we have 3 kids 5 and below with us. However, there is no dishwasher or sink disposal, so be prepared to hand wash what dishes you do use. There is a utility sink on the back porch to rinse off your sandy shoes, there is no actual bathtub. The beds were awful, very firm and appear to be just a 5inch foam piece on a box spring, pillows more full of air than anything. Also worth noting that there is no AC and the only bathroom is located in the bunk room and the door to the bathroom is squeaky and will wake light sleepers. Overall we were pleased with our experience, but likely wouldn’t book here again.

Short walk to the beach, or in the middle of a big town but close to Tillamook with all amenities, little store across the street for necessities. Plenty of linen, very good little home. The one thing you can’t tell from photos is the bathroom is in the bedroom with bunkers, not a huge deal but middle of the night bathroom runs can disturb the kids if they’re light sleepers. Overall great place!

This home was a wonderful find!!! and so close to the beach. We enjoyed the working fireplace and had a relaxing fire each night of our stay. The updated appliances in the kitchen are a nice touch.

Beautifully decorated, very functional with everything you need. The primary bedroom is good size and the bed is comfortable. Right across from the cutest country store. On a quiet street with almost only foot and dog traffic, which is fun to watch out the big picture windows. Nice back deck to sit on. Nothing but great things to say about this lovely cottage. I know I will be back.

This was an immaculate home with everything provided; from an abundance of clean towels to dishes, cookware, high-end appliances, and charming, comfortable decor. Stepping out the front door, I could see the ocean, which was a short two blocks away. In exploring the area on foot, I easily found a fantastic coffee place, Seaworthy Coffee & Espresso, beach access, and a unique shop half a block away (Lex's Cool Stuff)! A few miles away was Tillamook with an abundance of interesting destinations - everything from karaoke and good eats at the Rendezvous Bar & Grill, Kitty's Food & Spirits, to wine-tasting, and then on to fantastic thrifting (don't miss the Habitat for Humanity Re-Store!) At the end of each day, I returned to my cozy little home, especially grateful for VRBO and Vacasa, who really pulled it all together. Loved every minute.
