Everything about this place is great, the only thing is actually a big thing with me and my family, because we have immune compromised family members, someone has smoked in this property. You can smell it everytime you walk in and smell it in the comforter’s when you are sleeping. This may not be an issue for some people but it needs to be disclosed in the listing so people have the option (for health reasons) to puck somewhere else.

Plenty of on-site parking and a really nice pool area with two shallow spots for the little kids and a shower for rinsing off sand. Plenty of eating space and lounging space. The rooms were great.The only things that were not ideal:The bedside lamps in the upstairs bedrooms did not all work. One lamp was missing the piece that turns it on. The other rooms lamp didn’t work at all. And there is a sugar ant problem, we had to buy bug spray.Other than that we had a great time and would rent this home again!

Reviewer Comments: This is our second time renting, or should I say attempting to rent from padre escapes, both leading to a terrible vacation. The first time they canceled our summer reservation two days before our arrival leaving us scrambling to find other accommodations. We booked through them again even though we knew better. This time two days into our vacation the refrigerator quit working spoiling $400 worth of groceries. We called they promised to send someone out, after about three hours the fridge started working again, so we went back to the store and bought groceries again. Later that night it stopped working again, spoiling those groceries along with breast milk for my granddaughter. We spoke to the rental agency again they sent someone out with a mini fridge. We packed the mini fridge with our bare essentials, breast milk and regular milk for the babies. Nothing else fit. The next day we decided to leave because nothing was being done to fix the big fridge. Leaving us without food to cook. They refunded us the days we were supposed to stay but not the days we were there without a fridge. They did reimburse us for the two loads of groceries that spoiled. With all that in mind we will not be renting from them again. The rental was nice, beds were squeaky and uncomfortable. Rooms were small. Floor was still dirty, my grandsons feet were black from walking on the floor. For the same price you can rent something much nicer just down the street.

Condo was great but bed mattresses need to be replaced. They were either too hard or too soft with low spots.

Nice, clean property with amazing sea views from some rooms.. The décor was nice too. The support staff was very quick to help with any questions/issues. The only reason for giving one star less was that a couple of bedrooms had spring mattress that was uncomfortable. The master had extremely nice bed and we wished the other bedrooms too had more comfortable beds. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay at this location!
