Everything went great, was close to golf course played and much better than a hotel

This was such an awesome place! The host was very prompt and also very polite. The booking process was a breeze. When we arrived to the neighborhood, we were very pleased to see how nice of an area it was. We had plenty of parking. The door code was easy to use and the entrance was easy to find! The house was much more spacious than expected, and it smelled so clean! We both loved the setup of the house, the patio, and the walk out dock. It was just the two of us, but there was plenty of adequate space for several adults. Privacy doors throughout that can close off a sections if wanted. The lighting throughout the house was so cool. Different settings, colors, and different ambient lighting was great for relaxing. The bathrooms were impressive to say the least. Not only were they very modern with defrosting and motion detected lighted mirrors, but the rain style shower head was the absolute best. The pool was fantastic. Warm and clean, just as advertised. It also has a really cool pool light and there are ambient landscaping lights that break up the darkness well. The location was perfect, right next to anything we needed. Overall this whole rental was 5 stars. We would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway with a gorgeous view or anyone and looking to relax in comfort with modernized amenities!

The IRB Harbor House is a well-appointed location that contains all the elements for a relaxing vacation. Being located on the water with a private pool means that you can experience the best of IRB. We wanted to get away for relaxation, good food and make some memories. There are tons of places to try within just a few minutes of this location. The property itself has a great layout with excellent AC (a must in the summer time) and state of the art appliances. The check-in process was easy with our own unique code and didn't require that awkward waiting around for someone to drop by. The owner also checked in to see how things were going and made some recommendations that really helped us take our visit to the next level. We would definitely stay here again!

Just wrapped up our stay for Phillies spring training. Great communication & great property. Beautiful views and amenities. Close to all types of things to do - food, drink, and beach. Definitely will be back!

Awesome location and home! Host was very responsive and easy to work with and the dolphins swimming just off the dock - priceless! Only regret was we couldn’t stay longer but hope to return again soon!
