Taking a lecture here to get an idea as much as possible corresponding to what you’re renting

The apartment consists of 5 rooms,
theee bathrooms
a little terrace but cosy to make a dinner outside all together .
Three rooms are 3 bedrooms already equipped with beds for 9/10 people
The 4th room is a big living room with two corner sofa ikea friheten , both becoming two large double beds ON REQUEST (140cm x 200cm) provided with cosy mattress toppers for a real cosy sleep as in bed for up to 4 people.)
I set the living room as 4th bedroom just for reservations of 9 people or more, due to there are beds for 9 adults yet in the three bedrooms
Please don't open them by yourself or sleep without the beddings on the couchs but ask in advance so we will add the topper mattresses too, setting the living room as fourth bedroom, preparing the beds in advance ,
please just ask me untill the day of the check-in and I will set it for you, I love to please the needs of my guests

Fifth room is the 25sqm complete eat-in kitchen with all accessories ,

moreover a covered terrace with another dinner table to eat all together.

This is the Casaniello concept, designed to accommodate a maximum limit of 14 guests with kids or 13 adults (mezzanine is for two childrens or 1 adult only) able to keep the best comfort for everyone in every situation.
The concept is to provide a packaged stay, all inclusive, natural evolution, a result of the experience, the commitment involved in this continuous need of attention and manteinance

The biggest difference with hotel/bnb rooms is the “feel at home” you can get in a well managed Airbnb apartment!

I've noticed that the check-in can be a confusing moment,
people is tired after a long travel, airplanes delays etc. and worse would be at the arrival to find the host "obsessed" to explain or recommending everything when maybe you want just use a cosy bed to sleep and you’re not even listening to the host :D
So I prefer to explain everything in the rules and in the description here and at the arrival I can give you the keys of the apartment in 2 minutes;
by this way you could easily do the self check-in because at the arrival you should be already known about the most and due I live in the same building, you can always text me for everything you need and i come there in a sec.
Otherwise, if not late night and you’re not tired, just tell me and i'll be happy to sit down talking with you.

Located in Torre del Greco, in the middle of the Bay of Naples, below mt. Vesuvio,
