I got there and was told the pool just shut down bc of no chlorine. We booked the trip to swim.

We went to the Creation Museum & the Ark while staying there. The Ark is within a 10 minute drive & the Creation Museum is about 40 minutes.
The breakfast was very good.

Everything was great. Michelle at the front desk couldn’t be nicer. Truly made us feel at home. Very clean, and conveniently located with restaurants, gas stations, Walmart nearby. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Great hotel.. a 4 minutes walking to Walmart, 5- KFC, Dunking D, 2 minutes drive to Waffle House, etc,

Pool was little cold,
One thing i didn’t like is washer and dryer, you have to download an app, then they charge $5.25 for washing, the $5,25 for dryer. Well it says only $4 but it will log you out of the app so they keep the extra $ money . They have disabled the coing option.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious. My only complaint is the area was on a boil water restriction the day after we arrived. We were not notified, another customer told us about it.

We had an enjoyable stay at Holiday Inn snd Suites. The staff was very accommodating, pleasant, and friendly. The room was great , the breakfast was very good. We stsyed three days and had a eonderful time.

Made the mistake of booking an accessible room. While the room was very nice, it was on the first floor with a view of the parking lot.

Came to visit the Ark Encounter and this Holiday Inn was only 2 miles away. People are friendly. Great restaurants. Convenience of stores.

Everything we look for in a hotel...clean and quiet with comfortable beds, and great customer service! Indoor pool, outdoor sitting area with fireplace, and gym were all nice amenities too. Many dining options in the area, 12 minutes from the Ark, and 20 minutes from the Florence mall. Great stay, would highly recommend!

Stay was perfect. Staff was kind and helpful. It was quiet. Hotel is like brand new.

Unfortunately we had a storm the night we were there and we were on the top floor and it sounded like the roof was being peeled away. We called the night manager up to hear in the middle of the night bc we couldn’t sleep at all. They agreed something was wrong but had no other rooms open to move us to. Everything else was fine. They didn’t offer any compensation but it wasn’t in their control.

Everything was great except whatever they use to scent the air in on the lobby floor was way too over powering. It was hard to get thru there. Our tv was difficult to use compared to my mother in laws.

This hotel was beautiful! Very clean, rooms were beautiful, staff was amazing, breakfast was delicious! We’d stay again in a heartbeat!

The night we stayed was an unbelievable room, we had fireworks all night long right outside our window over Labor Day weekend and even though we didn’t need service we kept our room private, we had enough amenities to last us three days. I would definitely consider this property again.

Our stay was excellent. Needed help with a couple things and the front desk was eager and prompt to get us the things we needed. Highly recommend! Breakfast was delicious! 10/10!
