The stay was awful. Our ac in the room was completely broke. It was 80 degrees when we got there it took forever to get ahold of someone who dealt with the room. Once we did they promised us it would be taken care of immediately. We had to sleep there through the whole night with the room and 79°. They promised us someone would be there at 9 o’clock in the morning to fix the AC. They didn’t even contact us until I called someone at 2 o’clock in the afternoon after we spent the whole day out and about and went to the beach, thinking someone would have fixed the AC by then just to come to tell us that they couldn’t get a hold of a service person, and that they would give us fans, after all the money that we spent the customer service and the way they handled the situation was ridiculous. I asked very nicely for at least half a refund and they were only going to us after we left the next day that afternoon you would think they would’ve given us entire amount back for everything that we had to go through the Customer service This location ever again it was the worst experience I have ever dealt with when I was supposed to be a special getaway for me and my husband after getting a babysitter for four children. Worst trip and worst service.
