Our party consisted of 2 families with kids ranging in age from 8 to 16 (and 4 adults) and the Chalet was perfect for our quick getaway to New Buffalo/Warren Dunes. We spent the majority of time in the screened in deck playing games and making s'mores by the fire pit. The tall pine trees made it feel like we were camping and we loved watching the stars while soaking in the hot tub. The house is so close to the Warren Dunes beach and an easy drive to New Buffalo. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors we did meet were so nice. We would def stay there again!

We loved our stay at this beautiful house! The back screened in porch became our favorite spot, as was the hot tub! I agree with another review - this is the perfect house for 2 couples with a room for kids to share. Beach is right next door and we never once went to New Buffalo! Downtown Sawyer was absolutely charming and there was no reason to go to another town. We will absolutely be renting with AquaRentals in the future!

This welcoming property made for a comfortable stay for multiple children, adults, and a near 80-y/o. Responsive hosts, clear instructions, and easy arrival/departure instructions. The best aspect of the property is the exterior: including a 3-season dining room with ceiling fan and 3 open walls to enjoy the lush landscaping and mature trees covering the property, expansive decking wrapping the property, which connects to patio grill/lounge space, and an offset large fire pit/patio space and another offset, large and well-maintained hot tub!!! The kitchen is small but functional, and a modest kitchen and living room provide communal indoor space. Beds are all very comfortable with no complaints. A great get-away near lake front attractions! Eager to return...

We had a great time. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the home was clean and comfortable. It was close to the water and convenient. We also enjoyed all the deer and the turkeys. The neighbors were friendly, as well. Thank you for sharing your home. Looking forward to coming back soon.

The hot tub was not serviced and dirty and slimy when we arrived. One of the owners stopped by unannounced. Yes, we all make mistakes, but I felt a gesture would’ve been appropriate, such as some money back or an apology for stopping by unannounced or even giving us a late checkout would have made it feel better.
