Great location.

Absolutely amazing staff at reception and adjacent pub. They were so welcoming and helpful. Hotel is getting old. Too many things didn’t work or looked warned/dated. TV not working. Had lunch at pub. Great! Had dinner at dinning room. OK and fairly pricey. Had breakfast at dinning room. Lacked quality, originality and was way overpriced.

Exactly as pictured , little slice of heaven in gros Morne . I had the junior suite, beautiful view and room. I ate in the restaurant and it was a delicious meal, the beet salad and lobster linguine freshly made. The pub looked fun, but I didn’t go, enjoyed by balcony and book with the sea.

Service was great. Only problem I had was I ordered toutons for breakfast and they were a bit too hard. Toutons should be brown on the outside and soft inside.

Had a nice stay for two nights while I was exploring Gros Morne.

It’s just a little noisy when people used the water in other rooms or the air conditioner. Other than that it was beautiful.

This hotel had a very welcoming lobby area, and kind and friendly staff. The room was clean and had a great view out towards the water. There are not many hotels that have a shower just as nice as at home. We would definitely stay here again. We ate in the Ocean View restaurant as well. Again, the staff was very kind and helpful. Our meals were amazing.

The room was in a new building adjacent to the main hotel. Nice and comfortable room with a balcony. The main hotel had a wonderful restaurant with delicious dinner and breakfast which we enjoyed.

Stayed one night, there were 5 of us, had 2 rooms with a great view. Rooms were great, clean , staff were very friendly. Would stay again

The property is in a beautiful location for leisurely pleasures such as walking along the oceanfront, ice cream, and local dining/cuisine. The rooms were somewhat dated but had adequate amenities. Check in was slow during both visits and lacked ideal customer service.

The location and curb appeal for the location is great. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast at the dining room was delicious. The rooms are a step back in time and were just the basic accomodations. We had used towels hanging on the inside of the bathroom door which gave you a feeling that the room wasn't cleaned as it should have been. There was no mini fridge either which would have been great during the warm summer weather. Considering the level of accomodations, the price was way too much and I will certainly shop around next visit to the area.

Great location, very friendly staff, good size rooms. Unfortunately our air conditioning did not work and it was like a hot box for 2 nights... the hotel just needs updates but otherwise quite nice

Great location,very very poor service. We were assigned a tiny room with no closet at all, no functional exhaust in the washroom. When we spoke to front office they did nothing at all, even though they told us maintenance would come the next day. Would not even change our room as they said they cannot do that or make any room changes for Expedia booking ( even though there was an issue) They knew there is a problem with the room which was reported in the past too, but assigned it to guests anyway. Poor value for what you pay for sure. V poor housekeeping experience, beds not made properly, dirty floors, cups etc left without cleaning. Next day no service from housekeeping as they said we did not put a clean the room sign. Surely if there is no sign at all they could knock/ clean the room? No apologies or even a contact for the manager, very disappointing. Much better places available for the price. Very apathetic, honestly travel a lot and never had as bad an experience. No apology and honestly a very I don’t care attitude. They only great program is the reusable glass water bottle program for guests ( fill your own filtered water) Expedia team should absolutely be reaching out to them or visit the location themselves. We had booked for 4 days unfortunately and had no way out ; pre/paid)

We had a wonderful stay, a beautiful hotel with outside access from our room which was convenient for letting our dog out during our stay.
