I had trouble finding the lobby to check in. I didn’t see any signs for the check in process.

Loved my stay. It was quite. The room was clean and you could walk to all the hotspots in Strasburg. For how cheap the rooms are you more then get your moneys worth. My only complaint is the guy that cleans the rooms knows very little english so it's hard to communicate with. I would definitely stay there again

They don’t have heat and it’s a spider wrapped in webs and pregnant the manger of the building was nice but doesn’t know English and the toilet over flowed the first night he plunged it and it never worked

Our first room stunk so bad of smoke in a non smoking room, but they did give us another room. The heater was extremely noisy. The toilet had black mildew under the inside edges and in the ceiling over the shower. It did not seem clean. There was a fridge and microwave as well as coffee maker.

From the website and some of the reviews I read the Hotel looked nice. Upon arrival, it looked like a run down college dorm. We had trouble entering the building and our room, because there is no key or room card it's a passcode keypad. There is no way of knowing that you are at the Kiteville Hotel, no sign or identification. The was spacious enough, but I did not feel safe. It looks like people live in this building or sell drugs or a rent a room for an hour. This place is on our BLACK LIST!!! We will spend the extra money to stay at a place where I feel safe. There was supposed to be a quiet time between 9:00pm and 7:00am, but at 10:30pm there were kids running up and down the hall screaming and running outside. Of course there was no front desk to call and complain to. When we left as soon as we walked out of our room the hall smelled like dog crap. When we arrived the carpet was being shampooed. God only knows what was on the carpet. We will never stay there again.

Rented for a week and it was so dirty left for other property. Manager did not return text or voicemail. Bathroom was filthy with mold.

The property isn't that bad but there's no lobby in case you need any questions or help. You have to search for one guy who is able to communicate with the owner who lives in Turkey. There are only two rooms with a double bed , plus the codes for the rooms are never randomized for safety purposes.

Not clean. Toilet did not work. Nasty toilet was never cleaned and crap under seat when lifted lid. Trash left on floor. Only 2 towels and no hand towel or wash cloth. No ice bucket. Terrible place and would. It stay again

The only real thing we didnt like was the Wi-Fi and TV service was horrible.

On the floor was feces and yellow stained rug, broken window blinds, brown water coming from the shower, broken tv, no internet, used paper towels and used papers plate with a fork under the night stand, cigarette burns on the rug, in spots the rug was shredded in areas from maybe a dog, and there were holes in the wall seeing into the next room...
And yes I have photos of the disgraceful shameful place on our 2 night stay in Lancaster....

The bathroom door in my room didn’t lock. The safe didn’t have battery, so I wasn’t able to use it. The TV didn’t work - it was set to run on store demo mode. WiFi didn’t connect and service was inconsistent. There was supposed to be quiet hours but people were hanging outside yelling very loudly up until 1am. However, if you’re just looking to find a room to stay in overnight and have very low to mid expectations, this might be for you.

Smelled heavily of cat urine and mold, floor under the AC unit was wet, only a double bed sitting on a queen frame, extraordinarily run down -but I was aware of this going into it. It was clean in appearance. The tv never connected to the internet. The window view was the stairwell. Main light was a lamp with no shade. Do you remember the great muppet caper? It felt like that hotel, sans the muppets.

The floors in hallway and lobby were filthy. One of the doors into building did not lock and was not Trash cans were overflowing. Bedside lamp base was covered in crusty stuff. And lampshade was stained with dark stuff. Everything was old and worn. Amenities were lacking - no bath rug. No tissues and only one bath towel. Awful!! I suspect that section 8 residents were living there!!!it was a bit scary.

The code number to our room number did not work. The email said our room code was 2414#. It didn’t open our room door. We tried about eight times moving the handle down some of the time and up other times. We had to find lodging else where. I would like a refund of $126.02.

Weird place, feels like a place maybe booked for local workers staying in the area a while. If dont mind low frills and getting entry codes before day of visit, we found the place quite comfortable in great location and fantastic value compared to chain hotels

Finding the location was very easy and the area is accessible to many locations. The beds were very comfortable. However, the room was pretty dirty and the bathtub was all cracked. The hallways smelled pretty funky there was open garbage on the porch.
BUT, you get what you pay for and it was not expensive at all

Was nothing like the pics on site. Booked three nights left early first morning. Asked for my money back. Still waiting. Pics I have show patch work on walls, dirty mirrors, tub peeling. Was not cleaned, cobwebs in corners, lid up on toilet. Do not book is my recommendation

The whole experience was terrible. There’s no check in desk, just a number to call. The room was clean. The only window looked into a stairwell. The remote didn’t have any batteries and without a check in desk, the only option was to call the number at 11 pm when I discovered the problem. There wasn’t even a glass to use at the sink. The air conditioner barely worked. At least the room appeared clean

The place was hard to find, keypad to get in didn’t work properly, every time we’d open our room door an alarm would sound, little bed, excessive mold on shower certain and tub wall by faucet, when I tried to call the number on the door to ask if they can change the shower curtain it went straight to voicemail and voicemail was full so had to deal with showering with black mold by my feet.

The cost was great. Did not deal with anyone was given security code daily to get into building and kep to the room. Shower curtain could of been changed.

Bad wi-fi, unable to watch television without severe interruptions and freezing. Otherwise, everything else was great!
