The place was dirty and in disrepair. The hallway leading into the unit was dirty and the rug was filthy with food stains. The front yard was littered with dog poop. There was hair in the drinking cup in the master bath, and also in the tub’s soap dish in the hall bathroom. The floor was so dirty that the bottom of our white socks were black in less than 30 minutes. The bedrails in the smaller bedroom was broken and hanging down making it dangerous. There wasn’t any bath, or hand soap in either of the two bathrooms. There were parts of the ceiling drywall that was falling off in the hall bath. We have photos of all of this to show what we are talking about.
