The apartment was lovely, pool area amazing, close to the shops, restaurants and beach. Only downside was as a young family we did a lot of eating in and there wasn’t a lot of larger cooking pots and oven dishes. Otherwise it was a lovely holiday.

We had a wonderful family holiday in this apartment, the kitchen was well equipped, the living room is comfortable and the bathrooms+bedrooms are all brilliant sizes. Only downsides were that we all found the mattresses uncomfortable, my husband took to the sofa in the end and the air conditioning unit trips the electric if anything else is on simultaneously which is fine if you're going to bed but annoying if you're watching TV in the evening. The complex is beautiful, the pools are fab and the security guards are often seen which make you feel very safe. It's great that there are plenty of sunbeds for use and the patio is a good size. We really think you have the best plot. We arrived late as we were late getting the hire car and then the postcode sent us to the middle of nowhere (follow the street address not the postcode, this happened to another couple we met there), my data roaming wasn't working and I was struggling to get hold of the key holder who had left by the time we got there as we were about an hour late but eventually I got hold of her and she came back to let us in at 10:30pm! Lidl and Consum are a couple of minutes walk away and the main square is only a minute farther. We drove to the beach as we often had lots to carry and you never have to pay for parking. It was great being on the ground floor as the kids could just pop back in to use the bathroom and get an ice-cream etc without us having to lock up to go to the pool so it really is perfect for families.

A lovely apartment. Easily fit the 5 of us in. It had everything we could have needed. The complex is a favourite of ours as this as our 5th visit. It’s a quiet relaxed complex and it’s gated so only key holders can get in. The area is ideal as it’s just 2 streets away from the strip of restaurants, pubs and shops. And it’s just another few minutes more walk from there to the beach. Lovely for families or couples.

We are returning guests to Stuart and Catherine’s apartment so we are already fans The location is great as the apartment is very close to the pool but remains shaded during the day which is ideal as my husband likes some shade whilst I love the sun all I need to do is put my sunbed slightly down from the apartment and we have the perfect arrangement. We booked again for next heat before leaving so that says it all.

Lovely property. Perfect location. Kids loved the fact it had wifi.

Very comfortable apartment with everything you need for a relaxing holiday

Good points: Clean well equipped and spacious apartment. Good location. Walking distance to a selection of shops, restaurants and 15 minutes walk from the beach. Pleasant well maintained complex with 3 pools although as the pools were not heated it was too cold to use them in February. Disadvantages: The apartment is North facing and does not receive any sun into the accommodation, the garden or patio and as such is not really suitable for a winter stay although the orientation may be an advantage in the summer. Being North facing the apartment was cold in February particularly the main double bedroom. The double bedroom window faced the AP7 road and noise from traffic was irritating if the wind was in the right direction especially through the night and early in the morning. Rubbish collections were undertaken in the early hours and as the dumpster was close by expect to be woken up. The apartment is on the ground floor so there are security gates on the patio windows which need to be closed and locked every time you leave the apartment which becomes tedious.

This was our first stay at Stuart and Catherine’s apartment and it definitely will not be the last The apartment is nice and spacious with the added benefit of an en-suite to the main bedroom The location was perfect for the pool which which took full use of This has everything we needed and my experience in dealing with Stuart was a very positive one. Any question was always responded to very quickly I would not hesitate in recommending this apartment. There were 6 of us and we all had the best time Thank you Stuart look forward to returning next year

Great location. Apartment in great position, right near pool area. Spacious and has all amenities. Supermarket less than 10mins walk as is the main strip of restaurants. Beach 15ish mins walk. Can definitely recommend. Great communication from owners and management company.

I've stayed in this complex several times over the years, but always different apparetnments. this year was the best we have had. large appartment, plenty of space, great ground floor location and all the facilities you need. a real home from home. Wifi, A/C, UK TV channels (not that we used them), but then all the small things were there too ... A great appartment, great value, and looking forward to return !

Loz Alcázares is a lovely area with Mar Menor beach a short walk from apartment. Clean comfortable apartment, ground floor ideal for access to pool with both sunny areas to sit in or ample shade when needed. Has everything u could need for an enjoyable stay, we will definitely be coming back!

Well furnished and clean apartment in a great location near to the bars and shops, 5 min walk and 10 mins to the beach.

Great holiday and apartment. Place, clean tidy and secure. Noise level very minimal and people was friendly. Pool clean and well maintained. Near local amenities and beach, which is clean is 15 minutes walk away. Defiantly would go back.

We have had a very relaxing 2 weeks in this great apartment. We were a party of 5 and there was plenty of room for us all; the bedrooms are very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped with good sized fridge/freezer. The front terrace is very spacious and very close to the 2 main pools which we used. The pools were always very clean and never over crowded and we used daily. The location is ideal - just a 5-10 min walk to the main centre with all the bars/restaurants of which there were many. There are also 3 supermarkets very near which were well stocked. a further 5 mins walk on and you reach the beach which is clean and never too busy. We took the beach brolly (in the apartment) with us once but from then on just took our beach towels. We hired a car to have a few days out: to the historic city of Cartagena to see the Roman amphitheatre and we visited a water park and a couple of other beaches which were empty with safe swimming. The tourist information centre was very helpful with ideas if you want to explore a bit but a car is not necessary. There is a land train for 3 euros each to take you to the old town in Loz Alcazares which we did twice to eat out. Otherwise we used the local new town. It was all perfect. I would have given this 5 stars but for a few small aspects which are: we wanted a BBQ and there used to be one but we were told on arrival that this wasn't there any more so we did buy one for 18 euros because my husband is keen to BBQ as well as eat out - so there is a BBQ there now! Also, we were told on arrival that 5 light bulbs were out but wouldn't be replaced as they were hard to come by which seemed strange- one was the area outside the girls' bedroom where the long mirror was so they couldn't see properly to do hair/make up which is important to them so they moaned about that! We discovered that one of the blinds leading from the main bedroom to the terrace didn't open so we couldn't access the terrace that way so that needs to be mended. Also, the air conditioning (on a metre) fans in one of the twin bedrooms doesn't work well so was hard to cool that room at night - we just used the air con for an hour or so each evening which was enough and only cost 20 euros for the fortnight. These are only small points though and if they are corrected then it would be 5 stars without a doubt. We had a truly wonderful holiday and could highly recommend this property.

We stayed in this lovely 3 Bedroom apartment definitely home from home you didn't want for anything even towels were provided. Being a travel agent myself I would be more than happy to send any of my customers here. The apartment is very close to the pool area and a 5-10 minute walk to all the bars and restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment has plenty of hanging space for everyone's clothes also has 2 bathrooms which was a god send have teenage daughters. The apartment has WIFI and is also air conditioned (meter you buy tokens we stayed for 2 weeks and only used EURO25). There is a lovely patio area where you have 4 sunbeds, there is also another seating area which is undercover. The apartment has 1 Double Room and 2 x Twin Rooms all good size bedrooms. There are many restaurants which have fantastic food and not expensive here are a few we enjoyed. Rosalinds Pink Flamingo Roof Garden Restaurant ( has everything and caters for kids) Veni (also has a very wide menu) Angela's Pizzeria La Diva Hemingway Bistro (also a favourite of our lovely food and a fab menu). You will have a lovely stay in this apartment.

Very nice and clean apartment. Lovely swimming pool area. Short stroll to the many bars and restaurants. Also very close to the lovely beach area. The only negative we would have is the very small shower cubicle in the en-suite bathroom. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a lovely 2 week stay in this apartment, it has everything you could need. Very handy being on the ground floor, sun loungers provided were brilliant. We loved lounging around the pool on an afternoon. We would return, thanks for a lovely holiday.

What a wonderful apartment, clean, comfortable and home from home, sun on the garden all day and shade on the patio when needed. Three big bedrooms all complete with large sliding wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, well kitted kitchen complete with washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and oven plus air conditioning that was a god send during the night. The apartment is cool normally so you don't need a lot of air conditioning. Nearby there are 3 supermarkets as well as tons of bars and restaurants, bus and taxi services. Beach is a 10 min walk, locals are friendly and pools on complex are clean and well looked after. We have stopped in Los Alcazares before as we have family who have an apartment here but we would definitely stop again, we have had a superb holiday and had a few good afternoons in the garden with Mr Estrella and Miss Sangria till early evening - thank you we would whole heartedly recommend this apartment to anyone.
