Property confused me paid in advance and tried to get another payment out of me return the money to my account told me they where going to give me a discount and then ended up up charging me more

It worked for what we needed; sleeping for a few hours before hitting the road again. The staff was nice and the lobby was very clean with fresh flowers.

We arrived at the hotel around 2:30am. We were the only people in the lobby and it took roughly 15 minutes to check-in which felt like forever. We had to go out the front doors and to the left, were there was a key card entrance to get to the section of the hotel our room was at. It took 3-4 tries to get the lock to work, it was beaten up and old. Finally got through and to our room. Was taken aback when we opened the door. There was a smell that was kind of musky but not a bad odor, just unpleasant. The door wasn't painted all the same color. There were patches on the walls that weren't painted over so it was white patches. The ceiling was slightly discolored above the bed. I took off my shoes and socks and was grossed out that the carpet was compacted and sticky. I believe they just opened so they're working on upgrading the place but until upgrades are made, I wouldn't stay there again.

Front check in staff was pleasant and helpful.

Wrong room they placed us in, no AC, vending and ice machines didn't work, toilet wouldn't flush, no breakfast or restaurant as advertised, fans in ventilation very noisy the whole time there, TV did not work but offered a RUKU and they hooked it to the TV but no batteries in the remotes. The shower took forever to get any warm water. Lastly, they charged me 2 night when we only stayed one. I will never recommend or stay again.

Not as advertised

I was warned that the pool, hot tub and gym weren’t open due to new construction. The key to my room did not work after I left my small dog in the room to go get ice which no ice maker was working. The general contractor in charge worked about 40 minutes the get the key entry reset after many failures with the equipment. Nice hard worker. The tv did not work and needed programming. The hairdryer did not work.No coffee or cups for the coffee pot. The tub drained very slowly. The sink did not drain overnight. The toilet had to be flushed a few times each time as the water would back up. Beautiful hotel but so not ready to be open at all. Disappointed. I did advise the young man at the front desk of all of this too. He apologized. I hope this doesn’t happen to another guest.
