I loved the house. Perfect for our group!

The location to the beach was wonderful. The description was accurate. Very convenient and on a very quiet street. The only complaint was not all the pots and pans were cleaned properly; otherwise a very good place.

This house was exactly as advertised but I would say even better in person. The location was probably our favorite part. We rented a golf cart but walked to the beach no problem. The house was so nice and clean. We loved the space in each room. The living room had plenty of seating for our 7 adults, 1 child, and 1 toddler. Plenty of beds and rooms for everyone and lots of kitchen and dining space. This house was such a pleasant surprise and I would highly recommend it!

Great house, easy walk to beach and restaurants. Plenty of space and fully stocked with everything you need! Updated bathrooms and kitchen were great. Easy communication with Kevin. We enjoyed our trip to Folly and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Kevin's house. There were just three of us so there was more than enough room. We brought our canine family members so the fencen in back yard was fabulous for outdoor puppy play. The beach was a quick 5 min walk. My mom loved reading on the screened in porch. We would book this place again.

We have stayed at this property for several years. It is a great location and a perfect house for our family. The house needs a bit of TLC on the outdoor living areas due to normal wear and tear

Great house and amenities. Kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Master bedroom could use a fan that turns up, but overall excellent stay. Very pleased.

This house was great for our large family. I liked all the bedrooms and especially the downstairs area for the kids. There was plenty of room and had everything we needed.

Perfect family house for a fabulous beach trip! Wonderful, quiet location right in the middle of 4th and 5th Street beach access. Steps away from the playground. Kevin communicated well in advance with a welcome email, including all pertinent information. He was very responsive with message before and during our trip. The house was stocked with most everything we needed. Would love to stay there on our next trip!

Good place for our family. Has all amenities we needed. Location good- near the beach and easy walk to town.

Roomy for big family. Lower level great for teams to hang out and have their own space. We especially loved big screened in front porch. Easy walk to beach and host provide sand toys for kids. Outside backyard shower super for beach return. Easy drive into Charleston for tourist activities and loads of restaurants to choose from.

Great location! Quiet area on Folly and still convenient to Center Street and just steps from the beach access.

Great location - beautiful and well appointed property

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. We were in town for my son's wedding, and the location on Folly Beach was just perfect - so many great restaurants within a short walk, and of course the beach! The manager was super-responsive (we didn't encounter any problems, just operator error with an appliance!). Can't recommend it highly enough!

My girl friends and I rented this beach house for a bachelorette weekend, and it was perfect! It slept 9 of us comfortably, was an easy, quick walk to the beach, and had everything we needed (beach chairs, bath towels, 3 bathrooms, outdoor seating areas, etc.). We were also able to check-in a little early and check-out a little late, which we really appreciated. The place was clean and the neighborhood was cute! Highly recommend!

Great time nice property.

Kevin helped our 50th Wedding Anniversary trip become all we dreamt it would be and more. The house had everything we needed right in the heart of the best location. The beach and town were easy for our group ages 6-72 to walk to and from and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Kevin make an effort to help with personalized recommendations which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back!

Loved this house, very spacious and homey! Great distance to beach and Main Street with restaurants and bars, barley used our rental car the entire stay!

The house was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our family. Kevin was very accommodating. The location is perfect.

A well stocked home with plenty of dishes, appliances, utensils, tables, hair dryers, towels, linens, etc. Plenty of beach toys and beach chairs in garage too. Nice flat back yard to kick a ball around. Enough rooms and beds to spread out. Sound does travel within the house, so I would bring sound machines to help block out sounds at night and in early morning. We had a couple of minor issues and owner was very responsive. House is within a block of beach and a small playground. Also just a few blocks from Center Ave. where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. It's about a 25-30 minute drive to Charleston which was a little tricky with little ones and trying to work around naps and all that. But Boat cruise in Folly Beach area was a big win with all the big and little kids alike.

Just right for 7 of us. .Short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops. Lots to do in Folly or a drive to Charleston. We didn’t eat in but the house fully equipped. Thank You Kevin

The house was very comfortable. It is a block away from an awesome park and one block away from the beach. It was so easy for us and the kids.

Family Vacation

Perfect location. We rented bikes & our teens rode all over while we worked. Literally less than a block to the beach. The house looked even better than the pictures show. Great communication. Super responsive. The owner even worked with us to stay longer when a snow storm back home interrupted our travel plans! Thank you for an amazing stay!

We had fancy plans for dinner one night, but we were so relaxed we canceled our long awaited reservations and ordered dinner in. The beach is right there and you can hear the waves crashing all night long. Made me miss the where I grew up. It was great. Multiple accesses, full house with lots of room to stretch out. The property owners were very nice and accommodating. We will definitely plan to visit again. Only suggestion leave the island for food… with the exception of Lost Dog for breakfast… definitely worth at least 1 visit!
