This unit was perfect for our trip with elderly parents. This penthouse is close to the elevators but we never heard any noise inside our unit. We all enjoyed the pool, lazy river and hot tubs. We also tried out the arcade and theater. The entire unit was very clean and well maintained. In spite of the weather during our stay, we had a terrific family vacation. Our host was prompt in all responses and took great care of us.

The condo was clean and updated. The rooms and living areas were roomy and nice. The balcony had a fantastic sitting area with an awesome beach view. Covered parking was nice. The pools and lazy river were huge.

My stay at this beach house condo was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach with stunning ocean views from every room. The condo was immaculately clean and well-maintained, with modern amenities and tasteful decor that made it feel like a true home away from home. The spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen made it easy to relax and enjoy meals. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing detailed information about the condo and surrounding area, which helped us make the most of our stay. Whether you’re looking to relax by the beach, explore local attractions, or simply unwind, this condo offers everything you need for a perfect vacation.
I can’t recommend this beach house condo highly enough—it exceeded all of our expectations and made for an unforgettable experience. We can’t wait to return!

I would recommend this place to anyone. It is in a perfect place to get away. Close to Galveston but yet out of the crowd. Enjoyed waking up having coffee sitting on the deck watching dolphins play. The lazy river was relaxing after a day on the beach.

We had a quick girls weekend, Friday through Sunday. The condo was Fabulous, and the view too!!!! Condo and property were equipment to meet all our needs. We loved the lazy river and lounging by the pool. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We are renting this condo again next year and adding 2 extra dayz to our trip!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Diamond Beach Penthouse. The property was beautiful and clean with a great view. We were a little nervous about being overcrowded on a holiday weekend, but the property was so big and so much to do that we never felt overwhelmed by people. It was a very relaxing stay for us and we hated to leave. Owner was great to deal with. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Our unit was beautifully decorated and has a great oversized balcony.
The public areas are very well maintained.
My only complaint is with the building not the unit.
There is no easy access to the beach, which should be a major selling point. Why is there not a nice wooden walkway to the beach as other properties have? Otherwise, a wonderful time and fabulous unit.

We can say we used 90% of the amenities. The beach, the pools, the grilling outside, games, media room, gym, and the awesome staff. Our boys 9 and 7 and little girl 3 had so much fun. The rooms were open, clean and the views of the ocean were great for memories. The owner Maria was very quick to answer text/call. I like the no smoking/pet free environment. The kitchen had everything we needed. Everything included with this vrbo and so much more. You will enjoy this location.

The resort was very nice with fantastic amenities. The condo was clean with a beautiful view. Wonderful pools and lazy River. Only negative was there was not an easy access to the beach. There was an access but it was difficult to maneuver.

We had a fantastic stay at Diamond Beach condominiums! Location was the best! Good clean condo with ALL the amenities . Pools were great, and the condo sits right on the beach.
We stayed in 5 ph 3! Beds were comfy, kitchen very well stocked. Communication with owner was A+ Highly recommend ...you can't go wrong with this place!

The property was perfect for our family of 3 adults. The living area is extra l spacious and the deck was wonderful. Even had shade in the evening. Very relaxing views of the west beach and sunset. Enjoyed our coffee out there every morning.
The owner was very responsive to us. Building had some renovations going on and she was able to get them to delay their start time in the morning.

This is our favorite getaway place, the property and condo always very well maintained. The TV system needs some help, TV in living area stopped working, TV in master bedroom only one channel, guest room no picture and rain shower head not working properly in master bath. Thanks Gary Childs

We loved the pool and lazy river, but wish the beach access was better. The small trail is very narrow and through the dunes which is dangerous and slippery.
The condo was equipped with all we needed and very clean.

The property and amenities were very nice. Balcony had an excellent view. It was nice having garage parking as it did rain one of the mornings we were there.

Nice place to stay, but it needs a little maintenance. The shower handle felt like it was going to fall off and the exhaust vent in the second bathroom didn't work, nor did the blow dryer. There was peeling paint in the main bathroom and the closet door was broken. The few towels they supplied were low end hotel quality and there wasn't any place to unpack and put your suitcase except the closet floor. The patio looks nice, but wasn't really useable due to the constantly damp cushions and bird droppings. You can't control nature, but furniture without cushions would be more functional. However, the property was very nice, amenities were good and the location was really good. Overall, I'd give it a B+, but it could have been an A with a little more attention to detail.

We booked this property for a short get away with the family. It was by far the nicest place we’ve stayed on the island. The amenities on the property are top-notch, and the property manager is very accommodating and communicative.

Great spot at the very west end of the Galveston, convenient to everything. This condo has a very relaxing effect and Diamond Beach has much to offer to all ages with it's indoor pool, outdoor pool/lazy river, huge and well equipped gym and an endless beach.

We loved our stay at Diamond Beach! The view was fabulous. We never tire of watching the pelicans fly by. Beds are comfy. Very nice property and great communication with the owner! We’ll be back.

Gorgeous condo with a spectacular view! We literally gasped with delight when we arrived. Comfy beds and lovely furnishings. The pictures don't do it justice- it was super duper nice. We took in all of the Galveston activities and then spent one entire day just enjoying the resort amenities and beach. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. There is a Kroger very close by that can deliver groceries.
The property is super safe and in an ideal location, just clear of the chaos but still very centrally located. The property has a really cool game room and a luxurious private theater you can reserve (free). The pools and hot tubs are amazing. Lots of shady spots if that is important to you. Just a really great experience overall. Thank you!

The checkin and checkout process was easy. We were allowed to checkin early because the cleanup crew had finished early.
We have booked this same property for summer and are really looking forward to it.
