Checked in around 4om dis overed bathroom trash had 2 used condoms, called the front desk and the young lady very professional btw switched us to another room, however I wanted to cancel the 2nd night but was inform by no means the young lady's fault thatbit is none refundable, and no other incentives were offered or given but just a switch to a new room next to the dirty one that was originally given. For the price it was not worth it at all. Will not be back to this location or any other BW branch.......

The Front Desk Manager was very rude and combative and woke up to a Spider in my bed. Wouldn’t recommend letting even an animal stay here.

Check in took forever for some reason. Clerk was friendly but it literally took almost 20 minutes. No other customers were present….other than that, everything was great.

The was pretty well kept and looked good. We appreciate that they had breakfast available. The rooms were spacious.

I never requested handicapped accessible room
I was given one late in night who is tired after 8 hr drive . Was never informed when I checked in that my room is handicapped accessible room ! Next day I had to leave early so could not have time to request to change my room plus when I returned in evening my room was not serviced 😡. I had to call and get them send some one to clean up bit . Very disappointed. Expedia should have looked in to this when I made the reservation. !!!

I wish I could add a zero rating on the hotel's staff and service. They are unprofessional, and the supervisor/who claimed to be the owner is also of no help. I had an issue when I tried to extend my stay at that place. The receptionist insisted that I needed to add $20 for the room not facing the freeway after we already stayed there for 6 days, that was ok when I asked if they could do a complementary, but the receptionist refused and hung up the phone. I called again then I looked for a manager, the supervisor/claimed the owner answered my phone, then he started with blah blah blah.... As a business owner and the kind of industry that you are in, you should listen to your customer, instead, he keeps on talking. So I just said, please just refund my stay, and I'll get another hotel that is worth my penny. Reading back the review after I had a bad experience, I would agree 100% that the supervisor/owner and the receptionist are unprofessional.

The property is located next to a freeway and construction was happening around the hotel. Also, the AC condenser and ice maker are outside the room's door, so it could be noisy in addition to the freeway noise.

Terrible front desk service! How come they selected that guy to work at front desk.
He is so mean and rude.
He gave us wrong room which AC is not working. Then we came back. Still gave us so bad attitude. Won't come again. This behavior and attitude to my family and me is not acceptable.

The rooms are extra big. The only thing they should change are the pool hours ,the pool closes at 9pm during summer

Its easy access from the freeway. Somehow staff is always checking up on you, either when getting breakfast or even asking for extra amenities. I also didnt like that the floors were dirty even after room service, hair leaves etc. the rooms are in good shape just how the staff is and cleanliness is a downside
