Our room was not properly cleaned. The towels were replaced but the bathroom/kitchenette were not cleaned and the bed was not made. The light in the kitchenette was not working. The stove was very old.

It was ok, previous guest or someone sprayed or maybe spilt perfume in our room so it smelled strongly of perfume, room also didn't seem cleaned well. Pool was nice and otherwise it was a decent stay.

Conveniently located, feels very safe

We did not stay here. The room was very old and looked unsafe to me. The bed even appeared to be sloped down at the head of the bed. The door look appeared flimsy. I would never stay there or recommend it. We checked out within the hour after getting our room. I told the very nice staff that we just couldn’t stay. I didn’t say why as I felt the need to protect them from knowing how terrible it looked. I would like a refund.

I was told to come back at 4pm to check in because my room was not ready. The clerk was somewhat snarky, saying that if i looked at my reservation, it said not to check in until 4. My reservation did not indicate this. Also, there was already a busload checking in ahead of me. However, i did not make an issue of it, and returned at 4pm. When i returned at 4, my room had still not been cleaned and was not yet ready fo me. My snarky clerk was now a little sheepish, as he had no recourse. I was somewhat disappointed in the level of service.

When we entered the lobby of the Sandman Revelstoke, we knew we had stepped into paradise. With a bowl of fresh tropical fruit for anyone to enjoy, even the lobby offered its temptations. The beds were like heavenly clouds into which our bodies melted. Stepping into the shower was like entering a mystic waterfall. Truly, we were ensconced in luxury. Our experience reached another level when we entered the pool - a majestic body of water where we took leaves of our human senses and became like fish. Your life is incomplete if you do not visit.

Was an amazing place to stay

Definitely an old hotel. Rooms have a horrible smell. Flies in the rooms. Bath tub doesn’t drain when having a shower. Not a place I would stay in again or recommend to anyone.

I reserved a king, told in upgraded to a double queen. How is that an upgrade. That's a downgrade. Wish part my upgrade was beside a door to the back which just slams all day and night. Anyways.

room key did not work multiple times, had to keep going to costumer service desk. on one entrance of the building the lock for the door did not work so we had to walk around the whole building to get back in the hotel.

We paid around $300 per night and even provided the water bottles and complementary breakfast. Air conditioners was not even working.

The staff were extremely courteous and friendly, otherwise I would've rated this hotel a 1 Star. My reason is simple - complete lack of cleanliness in the room. Used tissues under the bed, blood/wine stain on bed sheet, blood/wine stain on wall. I'm unsure how issues missed. That said, parking was extremely easy, location extremely close to shopping and eating locations, and was easily reachable from the highway.
