We did not stay, left property in disgust, need refund, bed sheets were filthy, we need a refund for this room, we drove down the road to stay in Blue Earth at the Super 8, also none of the rooms looked like the photo online so false advertising

The front desk checked over our room and changed us to another room was able to check in a bit early the staff was friendly and amazing i appreciate you ladies wish i caught your guys names but definitely coming back but ima make sure next time the water is heated lol but other wise its amazing had my daughters 3rd birthday there

The hotel is in terrible condition and should be closed until appropriate repairs can be made. The breakfast was served in plastic bags in a refrigerator and the only plates to reheat were styrofoam. It is completely unsafe and unhealthy to heat styrofoam .As we left no staff were available and three police squads and police officers were present. The staff we interacted with where very kind. But staff kindness only goes so far when the property is in such disrepair. The amenities were cleaned as well as they good in the condition of the building

If I could give zero stars, I would. The property outside is run down with poor lighting in the parking lot and also has many huge potholes. The inside is also very rundown; dirty and noisy. Also the lock on my room door was broke, which left me feeling unsafe. This property needs a complete, major renovation.

An older, once opulent property, showing signs of normal wear and tear. The breakfast is on the low end (high on carbs, low on protein, instant oatmeal). But the service and cleanliness were excellent. I will stay there again.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness. Front desk service was great at accommodating the change in rooms. First room, the bathroom was dirty, the desk had food crumbs, and there was atill dood in the fridge. Changed rooms, still found garbage in the new room in the corner as i was shutting the curtains but at least the bathrooms was cleaner.

The room was so filthy we had to ask for a new room, the second room was not even cleaned either the third rom was alright. Our dog ate something that was on the floor of the first room and became very sick, thankfully she recovered, horrible experience I didn’t sleep much.

They were not sensitive to my wife’s handicap concerning room assignment she had to walk a long way to our room. Also I was awakened by a bug crawling on my arm, we didn’t find any evidence of bedbugs

Bedding and bathroom was clean, floors had just been updated recently. The property needs a lot of updates, generally. Lobby has that old hotel smell. The front desk lady was very good.

We did not like the distance from the elevator to our room and our room looked like it had not changed in fifty years. No Kleenex in tissue retainer. Crappy shower. Terrible breakfast

The inside lobby was beautiful, then you get to your room and the floor and the table tops were dirty. Could not go bare footed because there was black crumb stuff on the floor. The marble table tops were smudged, not shiny clean like they should be. The breakfest bar had not much in the way on any drinks. Water. Had to go back way down hall to get coffee.

The hotel overall was quite dated and run down. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The area for the breakfast was an old attached restaurant. It was in great need of attention. There were signs up stating that quite a few food items were out of stock.
