It was sold out the night before and we were told that a room wouldn’t be ready until maybe 3pm and we tried asking if we could get something earlier due to having a wedding rehearsal at 4pm to get to. We were told we could downgrade to 2 doubles from a king to get a room faster but that we would lose our king completely. We stayed with the king and we got our room before 2pm. We never received the warm cookies or water during check in. Room was comfortable but could tell it was a little dated with the damage by baseboards and the bathroom. Staff was always friendly and prompt with requests. Was denied a late checkout due to lots of requests already made. Overall, the stay was good and is a decent place to stay when visiting for a few days.

I love the cleanliness ! Also I loved that I was able to check in early. Our room was very nice and spacious. Only complaint I had was that the shower would not drain the water quick enough, therefore you would shower and the water would collect. It’s an easy fix and it was brought up to reception at checkout since I only stayed one night.

I was recommended by a friend. She lives in Deerfield beach. It was convenient for my husband and I to travel to different parts of Florida. The staff was friendly. We had a housekeeping lady name mirtyl that cleaned our room beautiful. I would recommend again.

This was a very nice property. As I was traveling with my adult disabled son, I expected there to be two queen beds in the accessible room. When we arrived, it’s when I discovered that the listing Travelocity showed two beds, but there was only one queen bed. I ended up having to acquire the room next-door to be close to him, but not sleeping in the same bed. The ADA compliant room probably shouldn’t have carpeting in it. It makes it very difficult for someone in a wheelchair to wheel across the room over carpeting. The automatic closure of the door makes it difficult for an individual in a wheelchair to be able to get access into the room by themselves. The property overall was very nice and for someone without disabilities it would be a great thing. I think they they can make some improvements, thank you

Where do I begin? With the blood spots in the flat sheet AND the duvet cover? The sticky remote upon arrival which also did not work. The coffee maker did not work, there was mold on the shower curtain and both my daughter and I have asthma. The prices in the restaurant were astronomical as well as the Starbucks coffee machine which charged $6 for a 8oz cup of coffee. Oh and the real kicker? Ants! That's right, we had wrapped food and we came back to find at least 30 ants crawling on the table around and on it. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. The only good thing was that one front desk worker did comp us one morning of breakfast for the blood stains. We were suppose to have received a working coffee maker and we never did. Very very disappointed and Mr Hilton and the rest of his family should be ashamed their name is on the building.

We had a great stay. The check in was easy and the man was nice. The pool was great and loved getting drinks served there! Used the gym which was perfect for my needs and clean. Only two small complaints… pool closes too early and no complimentary coffee. Everything else was great!
