Checked in at 4:30 p.m. Took me to my "room". Got there. Unpacked. Noticed it was not "my room" as it did not have a balcony, etc. Called down and was told that my real room was not ready so they put me here but now my real room is ready and they would bring the keys up to the new room. Waited 30 minutes outside my "real room" before I got keys. The mindless blank stare of the youthful looking "manager" coupled with his lack of making this right will result in my not returning to this property (which I have been going to for 30 years).

Room was a great size and nice however the lobby and property itself is underwhelming for the price.
Pool is small and limited day beds.
Staff is the biggest let down, unfriendly and unhelpful.
Property is in a good location to walk around and feels safe.
