Great service Staff allowed an early checkin after a long flight. Then arranged a taxi for our early morning departure since the shuttle didnt start until.5am. The coffee hit chocolate machine in the lobby was a nice touch. A bit of traffic noise but we managed to sleep

Excellent location, quiet, pet friendly, and lots to do as a family. We had the junior suite with a bedroom tucked away and a living room with a sofa couch. As per all sofa couches, loud and uncomfortable. We liked the separation and the two tvs. It’s affordable for Vancouver hotels, really good restaurants near by.

Checking in the guy was very friendly. He asked me if I had a preference of which floor I wanted to be on. The room was clean and updated and very nice.

Good stay as always. Convenient to the airport and good restaurants close by. Will stay there again

This place is so nice for the price. Our room was modern. AC was good. Bed was very comfortable. Shower pressure was good. Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel all smelled sooo good! Surprised to get our room refreshed the next day when most USA hotels only does it every few days or upon request. Maybe it’s different in Canada or this place is just amazing for doing that for guests. There’s also free coffee and water in the lobby 24/7. No breakfast but the lady offered us discounts at 2 nearby places. We also saw shuttles pulling up a few times at the lobby, which I guess is their free service to and from the airport. They’re pet friendly. Will definitely stay here again if we’re ever in Richmond or Vancouver area

Just looking for a place to stay before an early flight the next morning. The room was clean & comfortable. Nothing nearby to do the night before but that just helped us get to bed on time. More expensive than it should have been. But at least they paid for early taxi to the airport.

Overall a very good stay. We didn't manage to have a very good sleep with the ac blower and noisy people outdoors. Would have like a few amenities ie face soap and lotion.

We needed a room for the day. We went on a cruise and were off the ship at 9:30am but our flight wasn't until 11:30pm. We were able to get into the room early which was a blessing as we had all our luggage. The shuttle to and from airport was a plus.The restauranr on the premises was good and staff very friendly. Our first night in Vancouver and we only stayed one night before hiring an RV. Hotel was perfectly adequate although the ground floor room was a bit noisy.

We found 1pc of sock from previous customer who had the room before us. It only means that room was not cleaned properly. It was underneath the sofa chair.

No provision for continental style breakfast. Next door restaurant only provided cooked breakfast.

I disliked the fact that when I reserved on Expedia internet, the price shown $344. and arriving was very different that I had seen...$589.can.Th cleark said that it was the conversion from US$ to Can$....never mantioned on your site. I will never do new bussiness with Expedia again.

Accent Inns was a great stay when we had an overnight layover in Vancouver. We’ll definitely be staying here again!
