Impressive place to stay, the rooms are amazing and our welcome to the hotel was absolutely outstanding. The riviera restaurant is a beautiful place for breakfast. First class service at the beach club.

Fantastic. The daily breakfast was delicious and cannot be missed. All of the servers, especially Luisito, were very kind to us and our dogs. We hope to visit again soon.

Carlton is back. It is splendid. They have been wise and kept some of the old staff as well which is a joy when coming back after the renovation. The Riviera restaurant and its staff is now really good again. Kudos to the sommeliers. A jewel!

We spent 4 amazing days in Cannes, the weather was perfect, hotel was wonderful, walked everywhere, restaurants, beach clubs, shopping, casino, etc, felt very safe at all times

There wasn't a cigar lounge, so we sat in the garden without heating on a winter day. Then, when we wanted to order drinks, they said they did not serve the garden. After talking to two waiters and one manager, they agreed to serve us in the garden. Our drink orders were taken but brought incorrectly. They said they would correct the mistake, but they didn't come back for an hour! We waited for an hour and then went to our room. It was a bad experience. I think they cannot provide proper service because it is winter. Additionally, the table was dirty when we arrived, and they didn't clean it. We were forced to sit at a dirty table.

The service did not meet our expectation.
We felt the whole experince was over priced for the service provided . It was not consistent.
For instance, We had to call for our mini bar to be refilled. No one checked on us on the beach to ask if we need anything except for the last day.
Some training and adjustment to the service will make it way better !

The Carlton has again become one of the finest hotels in the world. The service was outstanding from breakfast till bar closing. Everyone who works there seems so happy! We enjoyed every minute of the week we spent there. We can’t wait to return.
