If someone had an other than excellent experience in Chattanooga TN, they didn't stay at the Marriott!! It was great and the staff were incredible!! Thanks again!

Prime location: comfortable walking distance from the main attractions of downtown.
Clean hotel: lobby, bar, elevators, halls, and rooms.
Valet crew was elite. Always attentive, always moving with urgency, and one dude even went pretty far out of his way to open the door for my lady when I was picking her up out front for no other reason than out of kindness (give that man a raise)
Concierges were kind. Only needed two quick interactions — check-in and check-out.
Parking garage has a good system. Always prime spots open and it was well lit all hours of the day and night.

We enjoyed being close to the great restaurants and the college. Breakfast was great and the guys had a blast at the lobby bar. It was a fun night. Everyone was super nice and valet was reasonable and convenient.

Several unknown bugs in room. Manager in denial. Other staff confirmed that they have been seeing it. Only comped one night but we were seeing them almost two days. No one goes over and beyond with customer service just the bare minimum. Oh yeah a 1,000 points too. People get 1,000 points just for showing up.

We accompanied our daughter as she attended the FBLA conference. The room was very comfortable and surprisingly quiet with hundreds of kids in the building. The staff was friendly and helpful.
