This is my second stay here and the staff is excellent. It’s very nice to have a bar in the hotel. I enjoyed my Margarita last night and slept well. The breakfast was excellent.

This property needs repair and better management. Good value in food and room amenities.

There was no hot water in evening and morning and when I call the front desk they told me it just need to warm up and leave the water on for 15 minutes. When nothing worked I checked out and explained the issues to the front desk he proceeded to tell me that everyone’s around our room was scalding hot as if I was an idiot. Spend the extra money and go across the street for an extra 10-20 bucks

If you have other options. Take them. The staff were friendly enough, but the place was trash. It looked like they hadn’t cleaned in weeks. Kind of disgusting actually. And the best part. I was on the road working and they wanted to actually charge me $8 to take my FREE Continental breakfast to work with me. Probably one of the dumbest policies I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Will definitely stay elsewhere during my next job in Butte.

The Rooms were Clean and comfortable, could use some paint everywhere. the Breakfast are wasn't the cleanest.

What can I say it was perfect would recommend to anyone.

After check in we went to our room, it smelled horrible like mildew. I turned on the bathroom fan and was going to open window. The window would barely open and there were two homeless RV's parked 5ft from our window and lots of noise and additional smells. Tried to talk to the staff and they were unwilling to help. Still trying to get a refund a month later. Please be aware of staying here.

I was very disturbed with the lack of cleanliness in our room. I found garbage on the floor alongside the bed. After I showered, my foot was black from walking across the room so that was clearly not mopped. Also was disappointed with the breakfast - although it was a buffet breakfast - the pictures show waffle machines which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Even without that, there could have been more offered. There was lots of cracks in the walls and ceiling tiles too. Staff were friendly.

Plenty of other options in town, do yourself a favour.... Aother example of a hotel in chaos!

Gentleman at the front desk (check in) was so helpful! My kids loved the pool :) Good Location//Easy To Find. THIS HOTEL COULD DEFINITELY USE SOME UPDATING. The side doors didn’t want to work (I watched multiple guest suffer with this). Our keys didn’t want to work on our room door, so we had to get them fixed multiple times.

Rooms were alright. The area seemed sketchy. While waiting to check in 4 other people were at the desk making complaints. Breakfast in the morning was a terrible experience over all. What little food was being brought out was being fought over by the guests because it was a nightmare waiting for more to come out. Not worth the price in my opinion.

I am appalled by the conditions at this hotel. The bathroom was a health hazard. Moldy grout lined the tiles, and the overall cleanliness was simply unacceptable. The carpets were covered in dirt and grime, and it was evident that no proper cleaning had been done in a long time. I’m concerned about the potential health risks associated with staying in such a dirty environment. This hotel should be ashamed to call itself a place of lodging. I strongly advise others to avoid this disgusting establishment. I checked in and out with 20 minutes. Just couldn't allow my family to stay there. They charged me a no-show fee even though I showed up, and their facility was not up to snuff. The manager wouldn't refund me, said it was company policy. Also, couldn't show me said policy. They tried to give me another 3 rooms, but they hadn't been cleaned since the last person checked out.

The staff was very slow and charged us 50$ At check in. Side doors didn't work even with the door keys

The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The outside of the property is not very clean and wasn’t quite safe feeling to me.

Everyone is forced to listen to Fox News crap while eating breakfast. Some nice music would be much preferred.

Comfortable, large and clean room, can’t really ask for anything else for the price!

An individual tried to unlock our door at 4:30AM. They used their card to try and unlatch the safety lock. I woke up and closed the door, and said this is the wrong room. I found out later, that AM, the room was posted as a no show. Very weird and confusing.

The property was easily accessible from the highway.

Bathroom tub in terrible condition- couldn’t use room keys to access outside doors, people put stones in doors- terrible breakfast- one hour before breakfast closed, hot breakfast was over & told we were too late- no manager on site

Took five trips to the front desk before we got a key that actually worked. After the third time, we found housekeeping to let us in to get unloaded. Was told it was a battery issue and that the locks needed upgraded.

Needs to be updated, smelled bad. Front desk personnel n was very friendly.

The whole place needed cleaning and repainting inside We probably won't be back. Carpets and walls dirty. Realy poor lighting in k etc..

This stay was only ok the staff was not friendly or helpful, breakfast was so so eggs were cold, potatoes were greasy. So the stay was ok for an one nite stop

When first coming into the hotel there were people under the influence roaming in and out, holding the door for us. There are signs posted saying if we take food out of the breakfast room they will charge you $8.00. if you take a towel out of the pool area you will be charged. When i booked through Expedia i booked a room with mobile shower by accident without even knowing, however when checking in i was informed that they did not have one available. I did not need one and did not know i had done that so i had said that was ok, but then the guy at the front counter informed me people book those rooms because they are cheaper. 1:What if i needed the mobile shower. Would that mean i would not have a room. 2:Doesn't Expedia hold a certain amount of rooms for their customers why would they not have one available. 3:What does it matter if we had chosen a cheaper room, maybe that was all i could afford. With the breakast it was a standard however the muffins had walnuts on all of them and i have a nut allergy. Nut allergies can be very dangerous cross contamination with other foods can be deadly. This hotel seems to be about nickle and diming their customers. I would not recommend to go there to stay.

Very friendly staff

Very understaffed. No clean towels at the pool, none clean on site when we asked. Laundry room staff props outside door open to stay cool even though sign on door specifically tells them not to for customer safety, etc. place was very dirty. Staff was trying hard but without help they are losing the battle. Windows broken in pool area. Floors dirty, just not a great representation for Wyndham.

Upon check-in, we were advised of them being short-staffed, and it reflected in the condition of the entire hotel. What staff we did see were random people wearing old t-shirt and jeans- no name tags, walking around with dirty rags and spray bottles. My children swam in the pool and were immediately unwell the next day. Expectations weren't too high to begin with, but we were genuinely shocked and in awe as how how this hotel is still running. The health and safety code violations are definitly concerning.
