Check in was a mess. Computers were down so staff was paralyzed to do anything. So they said. But after waiting 1.5 hours they said they could have walked us to the room and used their master key. So why didn’t they then? It miraculously came up at 4p. Beds were hard, bathrooms are small. If you don’t speak Spanish it is difficult to communicate with them.

Came here to the East coast from the West Coast because of incoming hurricane, stayed there 3 days, no housekeeping during the stay, and the bistro only had one employee doing it all. Could have done better planning and for the of influx customers.

I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOTEL FROM MY ARRIVAL TO MY DEPARTURE. EVERYTHING WAS 100/100. THANK YOU AND I HOPE I CAN REPEAT IT.

Dumpsters outside was my room view and we're full of trash, room setup wasn't efficient - was forced to lay on right side to watch tv, elevators were broken, staff unfriendly with lack of follow up, air conditioning in room was noisy

Overall it was a good stay. Air conditioner in room was loud and woke me up a few time during the nigh. Employee James, I think his name was, had terrible customer service to the man in front of me. He had a serious attitude with the man who was asking why complimentary water was room tempature and not cold.
