I was a bit disappointed to not be in the main hotel which I was looking forward to. Other than that the room was very comfortable and quiet and the grounds were lovely and service stellar.

The hotel is gorgeous and location is perfect if visiting Versailles. The bed very comfy! The room was spacious and comfortable. I felt the shower - hot water, shower pressure was very lacking but everything else was perfection.

We appreciate the hospitality of the front desk reception when we arrived early. Our experienced with our stay was great except for the dining experience we had. By the way the food was great and the waiters were good overall except the one staff who seated us at our table. There were 3 tables available for two at that time, two in the middle & one by the window. She seated us at one of the middle table that we felt uncomfortable, so we asked to be moved by the window table for two, she said she will get back to us about that & she never did & never followed up on us. Then 2 guests came she also ushered them in the table for two in the middle but then they refused to seat and ask for a table by the window and immediately without hesitation she granted their request and totally ignored our first request. We are very disappointed by unjust & somewhat racist to us. On our way out I told her you never came back to follow up on us. We travel a lot and stayed in most of the best hotels out there and this is by far the worst service we’ve experience We we’re not treated fairly at this dining experience and ask the manager to address this issue with this particular individual.

Outstanding hotel! Beautiful, elegant, comfortable, clean. Always smells so fragrant. (How do they do that?!) Right next to extensive Versailles fields and forests that are free access and incredibly beautiful and relaxing to walk through. Amazing! A few blocks from lovely town of Versailles and the Chateau. We loved this hotel and were sad to leave! We will definitely be back.

The hotel is simply charming. The building is beautiful and our room was clean and spacious. The hotel provides an easy access to Versalles, and one can buy tickets at the concierge stand. The only downside is the food at Le Veranda restaurant. We had quite mixed experience. Couple of dishes were excellent, while others were absolutely inedible. The breakfast was simply bad. So they certainly need to up their game when it comes to the food

Wonderful but the 5 star is much better than the 4 star so I would choose the main building.

The best part is the access to the Versailles Gardens. I will be back! This was my second time visiting Paris and this location made the difference for me. The staff were so kind and the hotel grounds were impeccable. It was about a 35 minute train ride into Paris, which we did every day without complaint. The train station was within walking distance. I loved everything about my stay.

A very nice property but absolutely terrible customer service we checked into the hotel and were not advised of the free parking from the valet but ended up being directed to a car park where we had to pay for overnight parking. We were not advised that there was free Wi-Fi in the rooms but asked to pay €10. We could not access the fridge to get the items out because they failed to release the lock and I called down to reception to speak with them. They did not answer calls - for 30 mins . They didn’t answer when I phoned the concierge and they didn’t answer when I phoned the person assistant so all in all very pretty hotel with very nice rooms but terribly badly run. Not what you expect for 800 euros per night

When we made the reservation in no place did they tell us that the terrace bar was closed, my husband and I wanted to celebrate our anniversary with changpane and be able to enjoy its abane with peace of mind as we usually do on our trips and when we reserve hotels of this category more in this Location, it was disappointing trying to get an option with so many terraces and tables outside, the time we asked for was 4:30 and no restaurant at that time was busy, what a shame to have status with the Hilton and that it was of no use, it was uncomfortable try to find solutions and prefer to go somewhere else to enjoy an hour without the children.
