We selected this hotel last minute as we weren’t sure where our travels would put us on the road for bedtime. It was a great pick. The room was very clean, and we had space to keep teenagers from bickering. We pretty much all just crashed into bed as it was late. The bathroom was one of the cleanest I’ve seen, the bed was comfortable as were the pillows. Breakfast was on time and ready for our early departure.

Lovely facility, very helpful front desk clerks. We always enjoy our stay at Fairfield hotels.

Fantastic room and property!

The room was way too small. We only had a suitcase and a carry-on, and there Was not enough drawer space or closet space to unpack. The bath vanity was too small to have your toiletries out, the bathroom was just small also. There was only one place to Open your suitcase And it was on top of the very small chest of too small drawers. Also, when I had to add a night one week before we got there, I called and was put on hold twice for over 11 minutes. I had to end up rebooking my fourth night at a different hotel.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. We definitely recommend this property for all who visit Issaquah. Thank you so much! God Bless

We like the Fairfields because of their Heavenly mattress, but the king was uncomfortable,

Outside of the property looks outdated while the rooms inside were very nice.

Very clean. Room walls are a bit thin. we sometimes heard voices from the nextdoor rooms.

Only thing that could have been better was if the shower head had more pressure and didnt wasnt 3 minutes of running water to get hot. Also the shower leaks all over the floor even though it had a glass door

This conveniently located hotel, with excellent staff, had delicious coffee and a super comfortable bed. The patio area was gorgeous and inviting. I enjoyed many amenities at a great value.

When we arrived, the room was neat and clean looking, and the desk clerk was pleasant. We stayed for 4 nights, and our room was never cleaned or even serviced during the whole time, also no clean towels until my husband got some from the only clerk on duty for the evening. I had requested daily room cleaning the 1st night as they had a sign that said the rooms would only be cleaned every other day unless requested daily. After the second day passed and no service to our room, we complained to the manager the next (3rd) morning, after, another couple who had been there for one week complained to her before us. After 4 nights with no trash pickup or clean towels (except for the ones my husband got), or beds made, or floors cleaned, we should have left sooner, but the location was very good for our purposes, and we kept hoping they would take care of things as they said they would.

I have stayed at this property before & FM did a great job with the remodel. So glad to see it operational again. Excellent stay, clean & friendly staff. Will be back again 😊

Hotel was very clean. Hotel staff was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was good. Pictures before my stay showed a pool which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel but there was not a pool…

I had to ask for new bedding. Upon arrival i had a feeling our room was not properly cleaned. I requested a king room. I got 2 queen beds. One of the beds had hair sheets and oillow cases and stains on the mattress that looked like blood drops. Maybe from a bloody nose. Then i found a room key on the ground by the tv. I had to ask the front desk for new bedding. I was pretty grossed out. I wish i went with my instinct the first night and asked for a new room right away. We slept in the bed we thought looked clean and new. I hope. The shower leaked water all over the floor. We had to put several towels down to keep the floor from getting completely wet. I was pretty bummed out by my stay.

We stayed multiple days as it was very close to family. Rooms were clean staff was excellent and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.It also very close to Shopping and the state park.
