We spent 2 nights visiting family. Plusses: The staff were great, the room clean, with plenty of towels and comfortable beds. The breakfast options were very good and the food was quite good. Flaws: The location is near busy highway and therefore noisy; the walls are thin and lots of noise from floor above and rooms next to ours; dated shower head; no towel racks in the bathroom.

Very, very clean, I was impressed. Only thing o was not happy about was there were was no place to hold on to getting in or out of the tub. I am not disabled but am 78yrs old and very safety conscious. Some hotels have handle cars but in the wrong places.

Liked the location and the staff. Elevator wasn't working, ice machine was broken and mattress was in need of replacement.

When we entered the room, we noticed a funny smell. I found trash under the nightstand that the cleaning person must have missed. The soap and shampoo provided were not enough; it was a small bottle. The cleaning person arrived early because they had several rooms to clean, so we had to let them in while we were getting ready. I understand the situation due to the lack of staff. Otherwise, everything was okay.

It was good for the price. Room I booked was non smoking but room had a strong smell of cigarettes. Food was okay but coffee was very watery. Overall it was okay.

Comfort Inn Airport is the best and beautiful hotel that I find in Manchester, very clean and the staff are very friendly. They help and support the customer each time you ask something you will be supported. They have the parking, pool, gym etc… the hôtel is to close to the airport, downtown and the restaurant. They have all of this with good price.

The rooms were quiet for the most part. The ice maker was right outside my door annd made noise my entire stay. Loud enough to make me double check my door to make sure no one was coming in. The breakfast was subpar and underwhelming. There wasnt a towel rack in my room either which i found strange. They seem to also run out of things often. I went to make coffee in the lobby and there was no creamer and not attendant to be found.

Front desk staff was amazing, location was convenient for what I was in town for, breakfast was your usual continental affair, but the bed was terrible. Stiff and hard to sleep in. Awoke several times and was very stiff and sore the next morning.

Ended up getting in around 4:00 in the afternoon and the check-in staff were eager to assist with getting us some bananas for my son who was very hungry at the time. Everything is very clean there there are some restaurants in the area and shopping is relatively close. The cleaning staff were very very friendly and nice to talk to despite the language barrier. The pool and very large gym areas are well above average compared to most hotels. The breakfast was prepared well with lots of options including bacon sausage breads waffles eggs yogurt Etc

Breakfast was plentiful. Ample parking. Free shuttle to airport. There is a good size pool and sauna that I didnt have time to use.All 4 days we stayed there the rooms were clean, but one of the elevator broke and we found dirty towels behind our bathroom door and no bath matt the ladt day.

I did not like the fact that there was a family with young kids who had 2 rooms…one right nextdoor to us and the other directly across the hall from us. Apparently the hall was the place for them to talk and let the kids run around and play. We just wanted to rest after several long days of moving.
