My family of three stayed one night on our road trip. After a long drive, we rested in our comfortable first floor room with comfortable beds and a sliding glass door that opened to the outside patio with a serene view of green landscape and a a glimpse of the pool nearby. Just sorry that we didn’t use the pool as we were in a hurry to leave the next morning. Definitely will stay again.

Check in was slow, manager almost ignored me to help a “help” a trainee take care of a customer who came in after I did. Unprofessional.

It is a 2 story hotel without an elevator, so we requested a first floor room. We faced a large truck stop gas station & the hotel truck parking. Very loud! The beds were very hard & uncomfortable. We ate at the restaurant on prpoerty & it was expensive with few options & substandard food.

It was great. The only odd thing was the lowness of the sink. It was not the standard height.

The place is a little beat up, but clean. No decaf coffee or tea for a late afternoon drink. Worn towels. One soap for the in-room sink & bathroom shower. Breakfast great. Some Best Westerns are quite nice, so our expectations may have been too high.

This was a decent hotel to stay at for our road trip, Nice gym and good breakfast. Very good staff. I think overpriced for what it is though, but all the hotels seemed to be overpriced in the area

When we arrived into our room, the bathroom trash had not been emptied and it was fulled of used ladies materials. Also, the towels were amess. The guy at the front desk came and cleaned, but it definitely did not start out the experience on the right foot. The guy that came to clean didn't bring fresh towels, so we got more from the front desk. The bed felt like some sheets on plywood. The curtains didn't block light. We heard the neighbors pretty easily. Overall, a really poor experience. The app is unfortunately not allowing me to upload photos to show how much light the curtains let in in the morning.

This hotel has such a friendly staff. All staff from the front desk to the restaurant spoke to guest and were genuinely engaged in conversations. The rooms are extremely clean, and the landscape was beautiful. You can relax at night by the pool or from your balcony and enjoy the fresh air.

This is a decent next-to-the-freeway Best Western. Room was very clean, surprisingly quiet, and the front desk staff was very nice . The bed was comfy too.

This is a multiple building complex that are only 2 stories. There were elevators so be prepared if your on the second floor. This seems like it was renovated maybe 10 years ago. Not super outdated but not top of line which is fine given the pricing. Breakfast had a decent variety though it was extremely unclean which items had allergens and the staff member seemed confused by the question. Unfortunately half of our party was unable to eat anything due to the uncertainty of which foods would have been safe to consume.
