Great spot off highway, walkable to stores. Big room and new carpet. No carts for luggage

The stay here was quite pleasant. Room was clean and everything worked, breakfasts met expectations, and the staff was very friendly. Will definitely consider staying here again if we find ourselves in the area in the future!

Had a really good time and the staff was super nice, only issue was the bathtub was a little dirty, but nothing a quick rinse couldn’t solve. The area was big and fit four people perfectly, and we all had a good time

Found a cigarette butt on the floor of our room when we first checked in. The property smells, the security door was propped open, nobody at the front desk waited for 15 minutes had to go find the people at the front desk on a smoke break. Not pleasant, avoid.

Place was clean, staff was pleasant and helpful. Carpets were a little old in the room and the hallway had a slight odor. But the room was great, A/C was really powerful. Ate at the complimentary breakfast one day and it was fine.

No doubt the cleanliness of the room was up to Choice/Quality standards. Beyond that the facility is essentially a refurbished motel. With all rooms on one level and just off the street the road noise, in a word, was noticeable. Also, the night weather was quite warm and humid and the air conditioner had a hard time keeping the room cool and dry. It cycled continually through the night making sleep difficult at times. These things being said I would like to say that the price we paid for the room we got was higher than I would have expected. Please note that these comments are solely meant to be constructive.

This shouldn’t even be an option! I booked this place as we were attending a concert at Gillette Stadium. We don’t need all the bells and whistles because we were just sleeping. We arrived to drop off our luggage to head right out to the concert. It is dated and the hall smelled but room was okay. We walk out there was a police cruiser. I approached the officer and said this isn’t a good sign. He laughed and said where are you from. We said CT. We asked is this place safe, he said personally he would never stay there. We parted ways, went to the concert and slept for a few hours. We were woken by talking in the hallway. I opened the door to get the complimentary coffee and breakfast. There were now two more officers knocking on the door next to us. I went and got the “breakfast” well wasn’t what I thought a continental breakfast would be, there was only bold coffee available, a few eggs and sausage in the hot plates, a few bagels and English muffins. Not a big deal. Then I see a detective pull up and go into the building where we were. Eventually all police left. But I have NEVER stayed in a hotel with that much police activity. Save yourself and do not stay here. The staff were very pleasant and kind so absolutely no reflection on them. They were doing there jobs and doing it well. I have a feeling there is a lot of drug and prostitution activity that takes place in this establishment. Not exactly what I was thinking for a family event.

The room smelled like someone emptied an entire bottle of febreeze my first night. I realized why my 2nd night - the room smelled horrible. When I put the toilet seat lid down, no one had cleaned the back of the toilet behind the seat; it had urine spray on it. No washcloths or hand towels provided; only 2 large bath towels.

Staff was great, floors were a little greasy/sticky when walking barefoot and the tv could not connect to the internet so we were unable to stream cast or watch streaming services. The bed was comfy and bathroom was clean. My wife’s hair got sucked into the hair dryer which cause a knot that could not be untangled. Would give a 3.5 if able but decided to round down because of the floors and tv.
