Absolutely horrible, filthy room, toilet barely worked, room reeked of cigarettes. Drug deals going on in the room next door all night long. Beyond scary, stay away at all costs!!

I asked for non-smoking room when I made my reservation. When I checked in they reiterated that no smoking was allowed; only to give me a room that reaked of Marijuana, the bathroom smelled like the breath of an alcoholic. The shower didn't work, stains on the walls in the room. I turned my keys in after one night and stayed elsewhere. Do Not stay at this place!

Stayed here many times. The staff is very friendly, and the room is always clean.

Thay was no phone no remote for TV the smoke detector had been removed from the way and the wires just hung out and one of the lights on the wall had been pulled out and seen wires

The fire alarm was removed from the room. This seemed very unsafe. There were people outside making noise for the majority of the night.

The room appeared to be recently redone, but already there were holes in the comforter. Beds were fine, it was busy and a lot of noise from other guests

I got in my room and was looking for remote and there is a no remember te this morning a a sad thing I have no entertainment and the phone to the office is broke so now I have to walk all the way to the office and I’m an old man what’s wrong with these people down here anyways

Room was clean and had been recently updated. Red roof in rooms are a bit small so two is really the max but ours was very nice with a microwave, coffeemaker, small refrigerator and the king size bed was great. Lenoir is not exactly the cultural capital of the world but there is coffee and grocery stores nearby.

I've stayed here many times. It's clean and the staff are very friendly.

Took three rooms to find one that was acceptable. First was a smoking room second was never cleaned and turned over. I had t drive back to a window every time. It was 2am I as exhausted. Then there was an 18 wheeler running outside the door all night.

Hotel is not very safe!! A lot of people just roaming around and u can’t even trust that ur car will be ok! Housekeeping just walked in my room they thought it was empty.. room next to me had 3 dogs that barked

It was ok for the very short time we were there. A lot to be desired & a lot that needed fixing. But you get what you pay for & it could’ve been much worse.
