Pros: Friendly staff, Location for shopping and dining across freeway from Clackamas Mall, Restaurant and Starbucks across the parking lot, Lots of parking, Elevator and stairs, Fitness Room, Decent free breakfast, Cable TV selections, Wifi connectivity, Lounge with 2 guest computers, Laundry and dryer convenience....
Cons: Absolutely NO safety Grab Bars in the shower/tub, the Message light on the phone blinked constantly (brightly) and the staff could not turn it off (there was no message)...

the overall experience was good. But the conditions of our room was not that great. The bed was comfy and clean, everything worked fine but the hotel was a little run down.

Front desk people were great. The room….not so great. Mold on floor and wall of shower. Due to position of bed there was barely enough room to move along one side of bed and no nightstand. No place to plug in CPAP or other devices. Not a great choice for handicap accessibility.

This was a decent stay, for us 3 nights while visiting family in the area. For us it was a place to sleep and relax at night after visiting family. The beds were really comfy, like Disney Beach Club bed comfy. Yeah it’s a little rundown, and older but someone has tried to renovate and make it decent enough. There’s an actual fridge and microwave. For the price and it comes with a decent breakfast with something for everyone and yummy Kiwi juice, just saying. All staff who we interacted with were lovely and special shout out to Marylou who was so sweet. Would recommend and we will stay again. The proximity to the 205 and the Sunnyside Boulevard makes it ideal.

The room needs to be updated. Lamp shades broken, rug needs replaced. General feeling of not being quite clean.

Easy to get to the freeway. Didn’t like how loud the AC was, made for a rough night of sleep. And it smelled like the carpets needed some cleaning, the room was pretty musty smelling.

This is obviously an older property that hasn't been kept up. Our room was musty and smelled like smokers had occupied it before. The hallway carpet was very dirty. We asked a housekeeper to clean our room as we left in the afternoon one day and she said she would but it didn't happen. A smoke alarm went off briefly at noon one day. My husband was sleeping. He called the front desk and was told that they were testing and got no apology. On the good side the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast more than adequate.

The first room I had there were ants in sink and gnats in room. Staff did a nice job of reassigning me to a new room. The hotel though faces onto I-205 Sunnyside exit and the cars from freeway were very loud.

Our room was used, had to get a new one. Someone was coughing and yacking in the middle of hallway into towels and no one was helping her. Homeless in the parking lot living there. Our next room was gross and had gross vomit looking stuff on the walls in bathroom. Bug in bed.

Upon checking in, the staff charged me 2x for the security deposit. The bathroom shower was falling apart, the paint was coming off the wall. The water would not drain when showering. There was individuals in the parking lot area that appeared to be homeless and drug users. Did not feel safe.

There was no driveway onto property directly from street. There was a hose stretched across outside stairs making a trip hazard. The bed were comfortable. The refrigerator had a foul order to it when I opened it.

Great for the price. Rooms where clean, pool to swim in, and a large breakfast array. Will stay again.
