Stayed one night in order to be near Globe Life Field for Green Day/Smashing Pumpkins concert. Exceeded our expectations. Friendly staff, large clean room. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was wonderful. The only issue was our room had an odd smell. It may have been a cleaner or something. Everything was very clean so I don’t believe it was due to being dirty.

My stay at the Sheraton Arlington was excellent. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. This is my second visit to this hotel and they easily exceeded expectations.

Rhonda was outstanding. She was so courteous and thanked me for my military service. Last time I stayed there was about 15 years ago. I will return and stay there just because of her. Thank you Rhonda for the outstanding service.

Overall the hotel was amazing. The only complaint is hey didn’t clean our room enough. They replaced our towels, but didn’t clean our room and make the beds.

The hotel looks old, the room was loud with the AC unit on. Otherwise it was fine. However, the worst part of the whole thing was I somehow had two reservations to the hotel and when I checked in, they didn’t mention anything about a second reservation and when I asked why a second reservation had showed up on my app, they said it was a mistake because they sent my mobile key to me twice. The next day, I checked out and then I magically had two separate room charges on my credit card. I called and they said, they can’t help me because I had two reservations and I didn’t show up for one. I literally checked in the hotel and stayed there and then asked why I had two rooms on my app and they did nothing. They just decided to charge me for a second room as a no show. The front desk to me to call Marriott itself and there is no number for customer service listed anywhere on the website or app. This place was terrible and I won’t ever stay there again.

The customer service and genuine care Xavier provided was second to none and made us feel special. I would be remiss if I didn't also mention the excellent bar staff (Omar) and the super friendly ladies at the Market Store. Thank you for making our weekend memorable!
