The only disappointment was the outdoor hot tub was cold and dirty. Maybe it was damaged by recent storms. After a day in Disney, the hot tub was something I was looking for. However the pool was very clean with fresh towels.

As a dog friendly hotel it should be encouraged for guests to pick up after their dog. I did encounter dog poop in an elevator area that was stepped in. I realize it can’t be enforced but maybe a charge if caught

We had an issue with our fridge & that was addressed immediately and a few days later our air was not working and we were moved rooms immediately to accommodate and were credited for the inconvenience. All staff were so friendly and nice to work with and answered any questions we had.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly. My only item of concern was the laundry room was not working during my stay. Overall it was a great rest and comfortable trip.

The room door was old. Looked like someone try to break into it at some point (not during my stay). Also the door keycard box battery died so had to get that replaced during our stay. Red ants around the pool area. But other than that no complaints. Would stay again.

We always love our stay. My kids love the room. We bring our dogs and there’s always more than enough space of everyone. The pool is always a hit and breakfast is great

The buss area out front and the trash cans are all full of garbage.

3 years ago we stayed at Hyatt and everything was excellent so I booked there again, but this time it was very different from the first time, the room looks old, the ceiling had peeling paint as if there was a water leak, the elevator was always dirty with water on the floor, the breakfast area was very dirty, food was thrown away, the trash cans were full with no space to throw more trash, there was no coffee in the 3 days we were there, there was no fruit either, there was a water leak in the area where we had breakfast

Good stay overall. The room was clean and we were comfortable. The room was dated and worn, though. Breakfast was fine. Staff was friendly.

I liked that it is close to alot of restaurants and walkable to Disney Springs

Room was spacious, clean and had more than enough counter space. Housekeeping was great and decorated the beds with our children's stuffed animals. Will stay here again. Very close the Disney parks.

Calm and clean

We liked the distance between Disney Parks and hotel. The breakfast could be a little bit improved. The pool is excelent! Staff very helpful. A little minus is the window. We couldn’t open and we had no fresh air inside. A/C worked perfect.

It was clean and quiet. Gigi at the main desk was so nice and personable. Made me feel very comfortable.

The toilet couldn’t flush. I went to the front desk to report it. The front desk attendant told me that there was no one available to help cause maintenance employees are off on weekends. I asked to talk to a manager but no managers was on duty. The lady gave me the manager’s number but he didn’t answer. She was nice to me but the best thing she could do was to give me a plunger to fix the problem. I asked her if I could get a different room, she said that there’s no available room. I was supposed to stay another night but I had to leave. As soon as we arrived to the room, my son started sneezing but when outside, he was ok. So, cleaning wasn’t at point. That carpet in the room wasn’t clean. At night and weekend, I think these people need to have at least someone else working at the hotel, not just someone at the front desk.

The Staffing that we encountered with were very friendly and welcoming.. Very clean.. we’ve traveled plenty of times to Orlando.. and chosen the Hyatt for our last 3 trips.. but this time we felt like they were a bit short on staff.. in the past we never paid for parking.. we were informed that it was under new management.. there were a couple of changes.. that’s all understandable but would’ve liked to have known this before booking..
