Our room was disgusting. So much so that we didn't end up staying. We booked an Airbnb because we couldn't imagine using the shower that was caked in black dirt and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in several years. The bed had loose hair on it, and from sitting on the corner felt like a piece of cardboard. The whole hotel also reeks of smoke. I will NEVER recommend anyone to stay here.

checked in and went into my room went into the bathroom and slipped because there was a cleaner or something sprayed all over the floor that was never wiped up. I called the front desk and asked if they could have someone come up and just clean it up and I was informed that housekeeping left for the day so they switched my room. This was supposed to be a non-smoking room however it smells like an ashtray I’ve checked out and my luggage when I opened it smells like it was sitting in a bar, everything smells like smoke . The new room that they put me in had a leaking toilet water all over the floor. The blow dryer did not work and the noise was so awful both nights that I stayed there. I was woken up after 11 PM with people screaming and carrying on.. finally went to check out in the morning and learned that my card been hit in the parking lot with expensive damage to the front grill and bumper had to file a police report and did not get much cooperation from the front desk when asking about their security cameras. i’ve never stated a red roof in before and I never will again this was truly the most horrific hotel stay I’ve ever encountered.

It’s cheap for a reason. My bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke and the shower drain didn’t work. There was a ratty RV out back that looked like it’s used for cooking meth. Barking dogs in other rooms, lots of struggling folks using it for extended stays. But it’s cheap and a good location.

Front desk smells terrible, room was Spacious but outdated , beds not comfortable at all, wife found lots of hair on the beds under the blankets and a small roach in the bathroom.

They are getting car towed away without notifying the owners

No amenities, bed sheets has cigarette burns in them, staff was not helpful at all, no room service, we had to ask them to bring towels…

There was no room service,front desk personnel wasn’t so accommodating,there was no fridge in the room or water no where to catch ice,they need to see how hotels in the Caribbean treat their guests Other from the front desk personnel I don’t see any other personnel,

I didn’t have the opportunity to check in dude to the rude man Thomas at the desk. He didn’t allow me to check in due to my guest not having an ID. My guest was NOT on the reservation and I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and never had this issue. Thomas was very rude about it and nasty and I plan to call Red Roof corp to further complain

The chair in the room was broken. I fell and injured my back/shoulder. And the staff wouldn't even bring a new chair nor did the girl call the manager
