Ac stopped working , stains in bathtub, some kind of noise like a generator or something all night not able to sleep was not worth my money very very disappointed

Well the room smelled so bad when we got there that we had to spray a ton of perfume to get it at least decent. There were stains on top of comforter. We both slept on top without even looking at sheets as we had blankets of our own. Keys didn’t work initially so had to go back down and wait again. People before us same thing. The manager and big wig that were there next morning were very friendly and welcoming though on way out. And a $250 hold on the room, that was advertised as $100. Staff member just said yes we’ve asked them to change that, not cool! The hotel cost was even less. What could we possibly ruin to cost that much in a room that was already poor? I usually like the Comfort Inn’s that I have stayed in, won’t be back to this one.

The property was close to the highway, staff were great. The building itself was looking a bit tired, time for a remodel. We turned the air conditioning on in the room and a bunch of white styrofoam flew out of it. Lack of areas to charge devices. All in all I’d rate this place 7 out of 10

The room was nice. Beds and washroom were clean. Functional tv. No elevator! $250 hold when Expedia indicated $100. No bell person, front desk attendant had to assist me with my bags leaving the front. Also my room wasn’t prepared, didn’t know which rooms were clean. Check out was slow. But later check out at 11 AM which is good.

It’s being used to house people from a group home. Not pleasant when you stay there for an 8 year old baseball tournament and they don’t even disclose it to you. Room also smelled like smoke and the hotel did NOTHING! Don’t stay there. Period.

Area around dif not feel good for family. Breakfast or dining area was not clean enough.

Loved our room. Was very clean. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was great. Staff was amazing. Will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in the area.

Nice room at a good price, very clean and comfortable. Easy access from the maddeningly busy highway 401. Friendly competent staff, good price, excellent free breakfast. All a traveller needs.

On the first night, a group of workers were sitting on the end of their tailgate l, drinking beer till 1am in the morning. Which is no problem, but the loudness was beyond tolerable. Receptionist was apologetic, but still caused us a restless sleep. All other aspects were fine

The great staff was a definite plus. Room was very nice and clean and comfortable. However I have to say the morning staff was primo. They greet and assist . The young woman watching over the breakfast area was so upbeat and friendly no one could have had a bad day there. Desk personnel were so polite and helpful . I am a walker user and the staff consistently opened doors and asked if we needed anything. Will stay there again. Thank you.

Wasn’t bad room had a bit of a smell to it there were burn marks on all furniture and wall bath wasn’t the cleanest lamp and tv didn’t work was too tired to notify front desk
