They gouge you for every penny out of your pocket. They charged the $40 resort fee which I was aware of and then they’re charging $38 for parking. we were then double charged for parking because we stayed past our 12 o’clock checkout time at the pool (till 2:00). Still trying to fight to get our money back from that. Then come to find out we have to physically check out at the front desk, I’ve never had to do that in over 30 hotels. Everything is super expensive.

I loved everything about this hotel. It never disappointing me. 😍 Thank you for always make our stay so memorable.

Loved the overall feel of the hotel. It was open and airy. You felt like you were in another world. We were able to walk everywhere with our dogs and The staff was amazing when we encountered an issue at check in and check out. Our entire experience was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back!

I was at the hotel for business in which transportation was provided. The staff did a great job getting us from point A to point B.

I booked this hotel for 7 nights for three adults and a small child. I paid $700 extra to include breakfast buffet for the reservation. The hotel did not honor the breakfast and asked for extra payment. I talked with multiple staff members about my reservations but they claimed it was Expedia’s mistake and I had to pay extra for breakfast. The breakfast itself was not great. They served the same exact breakfast for the 7 days I was there and the food choices were very limited. The hotel itself is a bit run down. The carpet in room and hallways are dirty with visible marks. The cushions on the chairs in the lobby are worn. The staff is not very friendly. They do not greet you even when you pass them by. If you miss room service in the morning, it’s very hard to request it during the day. The only positive was the pool.

The food here was amazing. Had dinner and lunch in the restaurants which was very good. However, the service was not good. My room wasn’t cleaned and new towels weren’t given despite asking multiple times; the garage entrance wasn’t working which led to long wait times; and reception never picked up the phone.

Parking was an issue when we checked in. The gate was not functioning and took several minutes. This happened throughout our stay. Checking out was an issue, it took nearly an hour and two phone calls to get our luggage cart. All things considered, will not stay here again.

We stayed here for my daughter’s birthday, over Labor Day weekend. Even during a holiday the lobby was clean and quiet. The pool and amenities were clean, easily accessible. We had a double queen room, it was clean and spacious. We couldn’t complain about a single thing, this will now be our home Orlando hotel.

During the check-in process,the front desk staff of Arles displayed a dismissive and unhelpful attitude towards me. He repeatedly asked for a booking confirmation number from Marriott, despite my explanation that the reservation was made through Expediate.ca. Instead of assisting me in a courteous manner, he seemed more focused on finding fault and creating unnecessary obstacles. Furthermore, when I requested for our two rooms to be on the same floor, Arles claimed that it was not possible due to a full house, which I found unconvincing. Additionally, his response to my inquiry about a two-night stay was abrupt and unaccommodating. Moreover, the room assigned to me on the 3rd floor was unsatisfactory, as it had a smell of smoke and was attached the elevator, leading to a noisy environment. It was only after speaking to another staff member that I was able to change to a more suitable room on the 7th floor, which was on the same level as my son's room.

Beautiful hotel! It was great to be able to walk to Seaworld! The staff in the breakfast restaurant were very friendly and helpful, especially with the kids. Great hotel! Water park facilities are a bit older than expected but the kids had a great time there too!

The rooms are kind of dated, could use some carpet shampooing and a microwave would be a plus in the room. The kid activities were ZERO this time with only movies by the pool every night which were not very clear or not loud enough to hear unless you are right in front of the screen.

I stayed here for a conference and to go to SeaWorld. I thought that the hotel was very nice overall. The bathroom and rooms were very clean. The hotel conference rooms were nice. While we were there, we were served a continental breakfast and a buffet lunch with chicken, short ribs, gnocchi, salad, etc. The food was very good actually. The bars and outside the room areas were also nice. My only criticisms are the bed was not the most comfortable, and there's nothing really to do onsite. Unless you are travelling with a bunch of friends, the bars are pretty empty. I did not have time to check out the pool on this trip. Proximity to Seaworld and IDrive locations was great.
