Overall, my stay was very good. No complaints about the room, location, or service. I did not appreciate appreciate paying almost double the price to add a night to my stay. Explanation: I booked 1 night to evacuate my home for hurricane Milton. I thought the rate for that night was good, and had the story ended there, the review would have been excellent. During that night, I found out that my home area had lost power, so in the morning I asked to extend my stay for another night. "Sure no problem sir." Except the rate for the second night was almost double what I paid for the first night! I don't appreciate price gouging.

Very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was great many items to choose from. Property is clean laundry is a plus.

We had wonderful stay at this place and highly recommend (for its location and service). Just that bathrooms looked old but it was clean. Front desk associate was very friendly.

Good night sleep

Excelente front desk personal. They make sure we was comfortable and help me with my mom accommodation’s due to her health unable to get upstairs.

There was a very nice breakfast. But it did not drain at bath tub so that it took double time for the shower because the water did not drain well. If it had been repaired in advane, it would have been better.

Everyone was very polite and helpful. We stayed 3 nights while visiting Biscayne and Everglades National Parks. Buffet style breakfast was a definite plus!

You get what you pay for here. The free morning breakfast is good. The staff is very friendly. Pool is decent size. Rooms are mediocre, nothing special but definitely livable and clean. I would recommend this for a short stay

Clean room, a little musty smelling, overall decent stay

The owners of this motel are trying the best to provide nice rooms at a very old motel. The people were nice and the grounds are clean. Room is relatively clean but you can tell it’s a cleaned up weathered motel. Very little parking. Noisy fridge that had to be unplugged to sleep. Huge gap around the door. Tv remote barely worked. Beds and pillows were soft and felt clean. AC worked great. Some interesting characters in the parking lot late at night. Most of the parking lot is well lit except for the very back. There seems to be a security guard on a golf cart. Never had a chance to try the breakfast. If you have the understanding expectation with yourself that it’s a two star motel at a low price then it’s great.
