Cleanliness has declined drastically since last year when I stayed here for the first time. Will not return, bathroom looked clean at a glance, but it was not. Hotel is too newly remodeled to already have since build up in the corners and behind things like the sinks faucet. Grout on tile filthy.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! The lobby, breakfast area, exterior, rooms, just everything is at such a high level of quality and luxury. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Definitely worth coming back to!

Our room on the first floor wasn’t very clean. It had a funky smell and it was very humid in the room. Not sure if the air conditioning was working properly. The hallway didn’t smell good either. Floors were not cleaned well along the edges.

Only one lamp with an ugly utilitarian blue hued fluorescent type bulb to light the whole room at night.

Found a few ants in our room. WiFi was super slow. Eggs and orange juice were probably the cheapest and off tasting we have ever had at a motel. Price was ok.

The receptionist was not prepared and took a lot of time to check us in and prepare keys. Though he found the reservations immediately, it took him a long time to check us in and give us the keys.
The bath mat was frazzled and should have been trashed long ago.
The breakfast was OK, but not exceptional. The usual somewhat warm premade powdered eggs and sausage patties. The muffins were packaged, not fresh. I expected a bit better than what I would find as a low priced economy motel.

We always stay here when we come to Eau Claire. Perfect location, staff is always welcoming and the beds are beyond comfortable!!! Plus, it's right off the highway and is surrounded by shopping and restaurants.
