Nice hotel. Very convenient for shopping, restaurants, entertainment. This was my second stay. Staff very helpful. Older building but clean and has nice amenities.

There were bed bugs, empty condom wrapper behind bed, half smoked Blount and other trash left in the room. I asked for a refund and was denied. Changed hotels immediately and will never go back. Won’t let me

It was a pleasant experience staying at this hotel and in a very convenient location next to major shopping centers and within driving distance to the beach. The room was very comfortable like staying in a suite.

Our room was 1st floor facing front parking lot. Door to the room was flimsy easy to kick in and light came through the door as it was not flush to frame. The worst part was the bugs in the room, first night I got/killed two in the bathroom, one on the wall near the mirrors and toilet, the other on the baseboard in front of toilet. The second night I got three bites from something flying around, three bites on my arm and one on my foot. I did manage to get the bug but not much sleep itching and revolted by the whole episode. Linens/Duvet & cover are getting old.

Dated facility, broken shower knob, NO HOT WATER!! There are serious boiler problems and staff don’t really care what you think. Instead they give you attitude for bothering them. It sucks having to bathe in like warm water in the morning. It’s like 3rd world in this facility. STAY AWAY!

The water wasn't consistently hot for showers. The amenities were fine and parking was good. The floor was uneven and it didn't feel very clean. Overall okay.

I did not like how they charged us $10 for parking it’s ridiculous and they had a lot of room in the parking lot. I also thought the front desk attendant was supposed to be more customer service friendly and she was not. Stay was nice. They need improvement on there customer service solutions.

Really nice place a little dated but was clean. They really need to rethink the colors in the stairway and balcony floor. Why too dark.

THIS WAS THE NASTIEST MOST HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. STAFF WAS CONDESCENDING AND PROVIDED UNCLEAR INSTRUCTIONS.
