Major disappointment. Rooms were like prison cells. Small. Claustrophobic. You could hear what was going on in all the adjacent rooms. Let’s face it. This place may be good for a business stay but that’s about it. I wouldn’t recommend spending more than 1 night.

Great location, great service, friendly staff. Its not easy to get to the Pool. Many stairs.

Rude staff. Do not explain taxes and fees associated with hotel. Pool facilities closed our entire stay. Small rooms. Outdated furniture. Overpriced. Would not recommend. May other comparable properties with better amenities and cheaper rates.

This hotel is not worth the price tag. They have attempted to do a remodel but super cheap and is not up to par with what you’d expect from a Marriott. The hotel looks to be an old Hampton Inn - bad beds, bad pillows and the room did not have windows to the outside - would not recommend

Our first night was spent in room 437 where the only window in the room over looked the hallway where the elevators were. After numerous people peered in our room while waiting for the elevators or passing by in the hallways, we were forced to closed the curtains which made the room so dark and dreary!The following day we requested a room change that came through 8 hours later. The new room was much better! Why they’d even offer those ridiculous rooms with hallway views is beyond me. Beware of parking fees. Not sure what valet costs but lot next to Marriott is $40/day. Also, there is a $30/day destination charge per day added to your bill. You can use it as a credit toward Marriott’s restaurants/room service. All in all a nice, decent stay.

Property is big and inside of the building too many empty areas..Specially lobby area useless.Rooms and the king beds are small too.

This hotel has a cold atmosphere. The lobby was uncomfortable. I felt it should’ve had more amenities within the lobby. Also like just like a Starbucks or be able to get some coffee and snack not from the snack store. The seating in the lobby was not comfortable, and I don’t like that. There was no outdoor seating area unless you were eating in the bar, the rooms were small and the view of the interior of the hotel. I did not like I was told I would get a balcony to see outside, but I only got the Bennett balcony to see the interior of the hotel, which is ridiculous.

Beautiful resort with lots of comfy areas relax or read at. The staff was very helpful in assisting with checking in and out. The concierge helped my arrange a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard, which was delightful! All employees were polite and kind.
