Staff was great! From reception to the person who made breakfast. We arrived pretty late but was greeted well and both staff members were informative and made us felt welcome. When we got to our room the bathroom light was flickering so called the front desk.. thinking it was late we probably wouldn’t get it fixed til morning. The next thing I get a knock on and it was the service personnel. He was able to replace and fix the light. Great customer service ! They offer breakfast .. simple but satisfying/ waffles sausage links were my sons favorite.. room was decent and clean

The room i got kinda smell. Maybe the one who used it previously has a pet and defecated somewhere near the bed and it wasnt fully cleaned, hence the smell.

Many homeless roaming the area. buildings boarded up. Not the Hotels fault, but neighborhood has degraded significantly since pre-COVID.

Very friendly folks, very helpful too. They got me to the airport in lots of time! Elmers Restaurant is right next door, grocery store close by too! Thanks again everyone!

The staff, and room were wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. Would reccommend everytime!

Our room was musty and moldy smelling. Everything was basic. No frills and very worn from walls to furniture to sheets. Sheets were snagged. Breakfast was minimal. Chair about fell over when you sat in it. It was clean and staff were friendly.

Everything was great except the room key did not open the doors to enter the building. It just wasn’t working! This was a safety issue. When we told the hotel clerk he didn’t do anything to fix it.

The first time I came with my husband from bad weather, becuce I am happy. In the service of the person helped me perfectly. We are deaf.
Also the breakfast was great!
Rooms were clean and somewhat modern. You get a huge tv, mini fridge, microwave.
Would recommend!

It was a good value for the price. Beakfast was great.everything in and out smooth. I would recommend dowels for the added saftey for sliding windows. NIce facility, updated, comfy beds,clean

At the price point this was a viable place to stay. Hallways and rooms were outdated, and the mattresses had stains on them. The breakfast offered was limited, with the safest choice being the pre-packaged pastries.

Old building, but nicely renovated inside. The room and the bathroom are clean and spacious. Nice arrangement of the closet and the sink area. Very pleasant color scheme. Good and reasonable price. Courteous and friendly hotel staff. The room had slightly musty smell, but once the AC started, it got cleared. We’d stay there again if we need to stay in Medford.

Would have liked some potatoes offered for breakfast. The parking street area could use some power washing. Building could use some upgrades. Otherwise ok for one night stay. Bed was ok.

After a long evening of driving I checked in after 2am. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hallway and room were clean, the room was spacious, the beds were comfortable enough. I felt safe and didn't worry about my car (parked near pool/lobby). There were no weirdos around the parking lot like I've experienced at other hotels along the I-5 corridor. The breakfast seemed adequate though I did not partake. I was disappointed there was only coffee mate and no real half and half but that's insignificant.
