This hotel is conveniently across the street from the Expo Guadalajara but it needs maintenance. Our door had to be forced open and closed. Another door down the hall from us had a 1 inch gap at the top of it through which you could see into the room. We ordered room service twice. Once was fine but the other time I ordered a burger and fries but the fries were gummy and the burger was burnt.

My stay was very amazing! The staff was very amazing they were so sweet and the staff helped me in anything and everything that I needed and they always had a smile in their face I will be coming back to this hotel every time I visit Guadalajara!

Overall, 99% of the front desk employees were unfriendly, which is unusual for Jalisco, I only stayed here for an event, but I won't consider this property again.

Despite her name being on the reservation, she couldn’t check in before I arrived. After contacting the hotel, they requested a color copy of my ID via email. Ironically, when I checked in, they made a black-and-white copy of the same document I had sent. We were assigned a dirty room, and when I returned to the front desk, the staff was rude and condescending. We eventually got another room, but several electrical plugs were still non-functional. While the concierge sent a fruit plate as an apology for our check-in issues, housekeeping was inadequate. When I returned to my room at 5:30 PM, it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The front desk sent someone to make the bed, but they didn’t pick up garbage or change the towels, leaving dirty ones on the floor. Overall, 99% of the front desk employees were unfriendly, which is unusual for Jalisco, where I frequently travel. I only stayed here for an event, but I won't consider this property again.
