Room and hotel were fine. We were told (once there) that the area was somewhat sketchy and to use caution when out in the area, but we had no issues at all.

I read alot of bad reviews on google. However, in my experience thw room was super clean, The tub was spotless, it a bit run down, but very affordable.

Overall, my stay was pleasant. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast bar was enjoyable. However, there was a strong, unpleasant smell in my room that I couldn’t identify. Unfortunately, it was intense enough that I had to leave a night early, as it became difficult to tolerate.

As to the customer service, lobby and staff was great. Now, the room had some issues. First, the shower head was filthy. The room had a bad smell. It was like recently the carpet was clean, but didn’t give it enough time to let it dry. We even found items left behind from the previous guess. My review is based on my experience, can’t speak to other rooms or guess experience.

The motel was pretty run down. Window glass had poor visibility, Sofa and Chair needed replacing. Linens were pretty old. But breakfast was pretty good and the bed was very comfortable.

As soon as you get off the elevator its a chemical smell that hits you right in face . And the room smells the same way . Smell stays in clothes...

My flight was canceled due to no fault on my end. I did not request a refund, but just to have the two days equaling about $150 to be moved to two other days I’ll be in town instead. The hotel would not honor the request of the third party booker (hotels.com) to move the dates or even refund. They stole this money from me after being notifed not even ten minutes of the cancelations. So much confusion and back and forth to not be assisted. The hotel is nice, but I would not recommend booking with them if you are flying in with possible delays. They will not assist in making the customer happy. Remainder of the stay was okay despite this.

Great service. My only issue was they advertise in door pool but they took it out during covid. That was the main reason I picked them so that I could do my water therapy while on vacation. Outside that beautiful place
