Soon as we check in a large group of people follow us up and into the rooms across from us yelling and screaming as they go into there room and they don’t stop. It’s 3 in the morning and we still hear them. No sleep and worst stay I’ve ever had. No towels in the room. Had to go ask for some and it’s three people in our room. We got two towels

The Bistro had the most amazing food and service! You should print menus for the rooms and for the guests…..the homemade grits were the best I have ever had! Thank you for this wonderful experience!

I love how I feel at home during my stay here. Vee was there waiting to get me in the room I like. She is awesome!!

Check in was great, allowed us to check in several hours early. They didn’t have the king room i reserved, which was fine.. so we got a double suite. Way more room than me and my little one needed. In return they gave her and I free breakfast vouchers.. which was VERY delicious! Rooms we clean, quiet, comfy and cool. Will stay here again.

Another great experience at my fav place. Rae was waiting for me with a smile and got me in the place I like to be. Barbie is also great she makes sure my stay is awesome!!

The stay was fine. I only had 2 complaints. The first being that we walked in to a puddle of water because the refrigerator was leaking. I tried calling the front desk from the phone, but it didn’t work. I called from my cell and they sent someone up and he u plugged. I told him we didn’t need it. Another amazing visit. V now greets me by name and of course I am asked for my special requests which is first floor if possible. If anyone is traveling to Alexandria you will not stay in a better place than here.

Happy with this hotel other than the fact that cannot get coffee until after 6a. Who doesn't have coffee available at 5-5:30a? Early in the AM, desk clerk should have had plenty of time to make coffee. She blamed it on kitchen attendant showing up late.

We had a great stay at Four Points by Sheraton in Alexandria, LA. Everyone we encountered at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and recently updated. We would definitely stay again!
